I went thru the drive-thru this morning to order my Caramel Macchiato. They are out of the regular caramel drizzle and said they could put dark caramel. I said ok as they have done this all week. This morning my total went from $5.72 to $6.38. when I questioned, they said because everyone is getting the dark caramel drizzle. Inform your customers that there will be an upcharge when ordering and don't recommend the other drizzle if there is a charge. This was the first time...read full review

This is my local Starbucks which I normally love. Staff are nice and friendly. But yesterday they were seriously understaffed and it was a l-o-n-g wait. Other than that, it would be a 5.
