I have been going to this store for I know at least 4 years and I go everyday! I’m greeted every morning by name and they know exactly how I like my drink!! Alexx is awesome and so is the manager!! I will continue to keep going!!
Slow service. Unfortunately, I was ignored by the barista as she caught up on window orders. I stood 11 minutes waiting on a mocha at the counter. Disappointing. Politeness can go a long way.
I wanted a specific cake pop from this location and they included a note that said, “we’re sorry here’s two” of a different cake pop. That’s a nice way to apologize for being out of a certain item. Thank you.
