Worst run Starbucks’s in area. Ordered egg bite latte and Coffee. Got the egg bites then latte 14 minutes latter. Keep asking about coffee, said we’re working on it 6 minutes later.

Very disappointed in my experience this morning. I placed a mobile order and it said it was ready 5 minutes before I even got to the store. When I arrived I was able to get my breakfast sandwich but my drink still wasn’t ready. I waited at least 5-7 more minutes and still nothing. I don’t mind waiting if the communication is there. No one said a word to me as I was standing there waiting, but the barista was cutting up with a doordasher who was waiting on an order. I then had to leave without my drink to get to work on time. I then tried to call the location to see about a refund for the drink I am missing, and the phone isn’t working at their location. I have no way to either getting the drink nor a refund at this point and time. Very disappointed.

We just went through the drive thru to get 2 coffees. We are very frequent and go to Starbucks quite a bit. I have worked in retail in restaurants and never in my life have I heard of not helping the customer. We didn’t realize they had the plum danish til we were passing the sign. We pay for the coffees and ask for the danish’s and the girl says you will have to pull back around and wait in line! We were like nope and went to another Starbucks on the way to church!!! Wow!!! That’s crazy and they take there time to make pup cups and chat and you couldn’t do that. Wow!!

I will let you decide on what the outcome should have been????

Not to mention writing on cups that takes time too.
Come on yall do better!!!

Why can't these people finish an order including putting them in a bag and sealing the for door dash orders before moving on to the next order??? 3 drinks for a customer sitting there getting hot because someone decides to make it and leave it there and I had to practically beg them to bag it.

One of the slowest and unorganized Starbucks I have ever visited. Took about 5 minutes to just place an order for a Cappuccino. Now waiting since 15 minutes to get my drink. Unbelievable.

I’m not one to usually complain but I am genuinely disappointed over my drink. I paid seven dollars for this Horchata that is not drinkable. I can see the chunks of cream in it, that I am unable to mix in. It doesn’t even taste like a Horchata. I wasn’t able to turn back for a new one because I had an appointment this morning. You could tell by looking at the drink it wasn’t made correctly. It’s disappointing that the staff would hand this over before fixing it because I honestly appreciate this Starbucks for their customer service.

Stopped here on a road trip. I ordered a venti iced shaken espresso sub classic syrup for caramel syrup with an extra shot of espresso. I got my drink it looked like tinted milk and tasted like milk. I checked my receipt on my phone. Lady did not ring in the extra espresso, also charged me 80 cent for the caramel even though I subbed it from the classic. I order this all the time and am never charged to change syrups. Drank about a quarter of the drink and it just was making my stomach hurt because it was basically all milk. I would have gone back to have them fix it but we were already back on the interstate. By far worse starbucks drink I have ever had. Waste of over $6. I ended up having to buy a $.99 coffee from a gas station and it tasted way better than the $6 drink from Starbucks. Yall charge way to much then make shitty drinks.
