One of the slowest and unorganized Starbucks I have ever visited. Took about 5 minutes to just place an order for a Cappuccino. Now waiting since 15 minutes to get my drink. Unbelievable.

I’m not one to usually complain but I am genuinely disappointed over my drink. I paid seven dollars for this Horchata that is not drinkable. I can see the chunks of cream in it, that I am unable to mix in. It doesn’t even taste like a Horchata. I wasn’t able to turn back for a new one because I had an appointment this morning. You could tell by looking at the drink it wasn’t made correctly. It’s disappointing that the staff would hand this over before fixing it because I honestly appreciate this Starbucks for their customer service.

Stopped here on a road trip. I ordered a venti iced shaken espresso sub classic syrup for caramel syrup with an extra shot of espresso. I got my drink it looked like tinted milk and tasted like milk. I checked my receipt on my phone. Lady did not ring in the extra espresso, also charged me 80 cent for the caramel even though I subbed it from the classic. I order this all the time and am never charged to change syrups. Drank about a quarter of the drink and it just was making my stomach hurt because it was basically all milk. I would have gone back to have them fix it but we were already back on the interstate. By far worse starbucks drink I have ever had. Waste of over $6. I ended up having to buy a $.99 coffee from a gas station and it tasted way better than the $6 drink from Starbucks. Yall charge way to much then make shitty drinks.

I sit with a 92-year-old woman. She loves her caramel Frappuccino from Starbucks! So the three days a week that I work, I take her to get her caramel Frappuccino with no whipped cream and extra caramel. We drive-through, and they remember us and they treat my dear 92-year-old friend very well. I would highly recommend Starbucks. This week I mentioned that she wasn’t feeling well and when they handed me her Frappuccino on the outside, they had written in marker feel better with hearts. They treat their customer as well.

When visiting Rock Hill I typically stop here for my custom-made latte, which is 90% of the time accurate, but when not they always remake it until it is perfect which I really appreciate! Thank you management and well-done to every barista.

Me Myself

We LOVE this place!
It has become a weekly stop. We are generally a mid sized group. We have gotten to know everyone there. They are all so sweet, kind and helpful.
Most places will see a group walk in and panic. They see us coming and know it's gonna be a fun time!

Stopped here for a something quick and Starbucks usually have good reputation of being clean.
That was not the case here. It was a bit of a mess with boxes everywhere and we had to clean our own chairs. Bathroom was not very clean. As we walked out I noticed the garbage was overflowing.
Giving it 2 stars because the person that took our order was very nice, patient, and helpful.

Ordered a venti pumpkin spice with extra chai, vanilla bean, and added caramel sauce. I get there I only had a grande, normal. I showed them my app and what my favorite was saved and what I ordered, but somehow the system went back to normal. Not happy about that, but they did offer to remake for the up charge price. I said no thanks not today. I was on the way to the doctors with my kids and did t have time. This location is usually great, this is first time had to complain so that's good. I go here weekly, even better for them and this review. One other issue but in tech side, the app keeps saying the sugar I use is not available at this location, yet I have else others order it. Can't remember which type
As I just hit one of my three saved favorites. Keep up the great job.
