Drove through on a trip - awful experience! Waited about 25 minutes for a mobile order because their drive thru system is so slow and inefficient. Then when I finally got my order, the “Dragon drink” had no dragonfruit pieces in it - just a watery drink with some coconut milk (see photo and compare it to what their website shows it should look like). The employee said “it tastes the same anyway” - NO IT DOESN’T and you know it! Since we’d waited so long already, I wasn’t going to make a fuss but I was very disappointed - the whole reason I ordered a dragonfruit drink was to have the dragonfruit in it! There no way on the app to complain, I’ve been waiting for an agent on the Starbucks chat service for 10 minutes and no sign of life so far. They make it as difficult for you to complain as possible - looks like they’d prefer it if I just took my business elsewhere! So long Starbucks, I’ll get my drinks from Chick-fil-A from now on - they have never let me down.

I called ahead to ask about ordering box travelers of coffee, only 2 of them. They informed me to not place the order over the phone and it would only take 5-6minutes to make them when I come in. I asked if they could make sure they had coffee brewed. They assured me it would take 5 minutes to do in person. It in fact took 20 minutes and made me late to an important meeting. The workers were rude and slow. I won't be returning to this location. They need to work on honesty and customer service.

This Starbucks is always good, unfortunately they told me they no longer have the viral “Sick Tea”/ Medicine Ball, Honey Citrus Mint Tea. Wish they would bring it back. My kids love the Cake Pops !

After a long day at the National tournament in Rockhill, saw this Starbucks driving by. Took that exit 82 which has abc exits. This Starbucks on exit 82C coming to Charlotte.The guy who took the order was very polite and nice. The drink was excellent and came out as instructed. I highly recommend.We enjoyed it

Came here Sunday morning after a long trip to get some revitalization. Gave our order 45$, cashier repeated multiple times in drive thru to make sure she had right which is great. The person on the headset was super nice, the person at the window was super nice. When we told them that we had ordered 2 of a latte they checked, and then asked again and then asked one more time. We said that we would just buy another one since that is what we ordered. Then someone behind the window said that we were lairs and that we didn't order two and if we wanted another we had to pull back around in the long line to get another. After that I told my wife let's just leave and then I put this review in. Just very disappointing that this person is employed here. I've grown to have such love for Starbucks due to their consistent service and products. Tell that kid thanks for trying to ruin our morning. Date and time: Sunday November 19th, 2023, Store #: 9279 Time: 8:34:36AM. Maybe that will make it easier to identify that rude kid working here.

Always a long line during the day which makes it difficult to park because of poor lot/drive thru design. And if for any reason there's a small hiccup, you can easily be waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes.Unfortunately, there literally doesn't seem to be any room for improvement.At night, it's a delight!Parking: Drive thru line will regularly block parking spots.

You often get cold coffee from here somehow when you order hot coffee. Sitting here with a 9$ drink you’d think they would care but no. I asked them to leave my sandwich in longer and they guy told me “I think you’ll be fine” and then - surprise - cold on the inside. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a cappuccino made correctly - but a few exits up at Baxter village they do a great job! Overall I think they need to retrain their baristas, and then it would be a decent shop.

Casually came through the drive thru before going to physical therapy and proceeded to order my norm (refresher w/ lemonade and a ham & cheese croissant) as I’m ordering the guy that was taking my order was VERY MUCH RUDE ! I told him politely that it didn’t matter the size and he proceeded with a terrible attitude saying “IT DOES MATTER SO I KNOW WHAT I NEED TO MAKE” . I’ve never had a issue at this particular location I normally go to the cherry rd location but I will NEVER return back to this location I’ll stick with the Cherry Rd & Target location because this could’ve been avoided.
