I don’t know who the person at the drive thru wad but wow what a non welcoming attitude. Sounding irritated while I ordered at the drive thru. Then at the window, No “hi” “how are you?” “Have a nice day”. Customer service here has gone downhill.

Whoever was working at the drive through 10/3/24 at 4:55pm needs to be pushed back to just making drinks. This is the first time ever in over 20 years as a customer at Starbucks I’ve experienced someone so unwelcoming and rude. I asked a question and didn’t get a response. No thank you.. no have a good day and just looked very miserable. Hopefully she was just having a bad day.

Ordered coffee on the app this week 2 times. 2 times the coffee was disgusting. I get a simple iced drink and both times I couldn’t even drink them even though I usually Love this drink. Unfortunately this coffee is too $$ to get and not drink so no plans on going back to this location at least.

Johnathon, the manager is great,so sweet ,funny , personable. I just started coming to this one and I really like it. I’ve only got to see and kind of get to know the morning staff and they’re all great. I’m also a regular every day and I’ve never had a problem or an attitude or drinks have always been on point food is always been hot and on point, and I always leave with a smile on my face. I would definitely rate them 7/10

I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks the young shaggy brown haired boy with the earring is the rudest employee I have ever met at a Starbucks. I mobile order everywhere that allows it. I normally wait until I can see the line because if it’s a huge wait I’m not submitting my order and having it be watered down by time I get it. I ordered and had a 10 min estimated wait and I waited in line 15 mins. So tell me why when I got to the box to order he said “oh wow you JUST ordered” I said um like 6-10 mins ago. I pull up to the window and get belittled before I could even say hi. I asked him to explain to me why he’s freaking out and he rolls his eyes and goes into a long rant about stickers. I just don’t understand why it matters how or when I order if I’m still waiting. If I ordered at the box it would take the same amount of time?Get him off the window or get him out of the store and back in customer service training

Please do not put tape on the lids for take out orders. You can barely peel them off and then you’re drinking paper. Use the correct covers to prevent spilling.

I never leave reviews but they need to do something about morning mobile orders. Why have them if you can get your coffee faster going through the line than ordering ahead? I come here regularly and it’s been an ongoing issue that I think they need to get resolved to have better customer experience. Not to mention when your order was suppose to be done and you have waiting 20 additional mins and you get attitude when you ask about the order.
