Today I received such rude customer service with the morning staff (8:46AM). I was not provided a name because the staff didn’t know “who” was on the intercom. The supervisor did say she would have a discussion with the team.

I go there often because it is a convenient meeting location. The service keeps getting progressively worse and worse. I've had my order messed up the last few times I've gone. Starting to look for new options.

Today is Red Cup Day, and when I arrived to pick up my online order, the drive through line wrapped more than all the way around the building and was spilling out into the street. I prepared myself for the collapse of society inside the door, but the team working today was a well-oiled machine. Things were moving quickly, the lady in charge of connecting the gathered (and grumpy) crowd to their respective orders was SUPER kind and patient, and I was really impressed with how efficiently they were getting people in and out. Also, had my first gingerbread chai - insanely good. Thank you guys!
Friendly to customers and quick service
To be fair, when you visit a chain you usually expect standard service—but this Starbucks truly goes above and beyond! The team greets customers by name as they walk through the door, creating a warm and personal experience. Heather, in particular, went out of her way to make my day with her kindness and attention. This is an outstanding location with an exceptional staff!

If your having a medical emergency DO NOT STOP AT THE Starbucks. Especially at 128 S Herlong Ave, Rock Hill, SC 29732. This past Thursday was not a good experience at our Starbucks that we regularly go to. On our way home from being out, my mother got sick from something. She asked me to stop somewhere. We stopped at Starbucks. We are regular customers and we order through drive through. This was our fist time coming in. She got sick and when she came out, got dizzy and had to sit. My mother has some health issues, diabetes and a cancer patient with Atrium health. Everyone has some form of policy or rule, but if someone is having a medical emergency and don't know what to do, one's right mind would be to help in some way, not argue with someone about a rule/policy that we can't control. We were not trying to stay in the establishment, my mother was sick. We are always buying from that specific location, but the onetime we are not buying a $7 drink drink and just need water we can't get that. You would think with ALL THE TIMES we have come to this location and bought items my mother could just get a sip of water to regulate herself. This all happened this past Thursday around 2:45pm it was only two people visibly working. One African American lady and one white lady, it was the white lady that I spoke to. I communicated that she was having a medical emergency and that did not mean shit to her, excuse my french.

the fact that they think people won’t notice if they replace cold brew with their watered down iced coffee recipe is a joke. the employees are either really good or really bad. But wasting my $7 for some iced coffee instead of cold brew in my drink is ridiculous and the employees need to be fired for doing that. I know the taste of cold brew vs decaf vs iced and yall just wasted my money, Im not going in there and asking them for a new one because they’ll probably make it wrong on purpose again.
I don’t know who the person at the drive thru wad but wow what a non welcoming attitude. Sounding irritated while I ordered at the drive thru. Then at the window, No “hi” “how are you?” “Have a nice day”. Customer service here has gone downhill.

Whoever was working at the drive through 10/3/24 at 4:55pm needs to be pushed back to just making drinks. This is the first time ever in over 20 years as a customer at Starbucks I’ve experienced someone so unwelcoming and rude. I asked a question and didn’t get a response. No thank you.. no have a good day and just looked very miserable. Hopefully she was just having a bad day.

Ordered coffee on the app this week 2 times. 2 times the coffee was disgusting. I get a simple iced drink and both times I couldn’t even drink them even though I usually Love this drink. Unfortunately this coffee is too $$ to get and not drink so no plans on going back to this location at least.
Favorite way to start my morning. Everyone there makes you feel important and special. Love you guys ❤️
