Slowest and most inefficient way of ordering food I've ever witnessed. Took me 45 mins to get my food and had to scan my receipt to get a drink. Hope this burger is really good tho.

Definitely not the place i used to love going to growing up. it's just super depressing these days. the food is still decent at least but you have to do everything yourself. Order Kiosks, get your own food from the counter, drinks which need a QR code to make the machine work, and most disappointingly the milkshakes are no longer served in the iconic diner glass cup.

After some bad experiences in the past, finally decided to give it another shot. And I'm so glad we did! The food was terrific! Service in the drive thru was fast. And we got good value for our money! They do hace a much smaller menu than they had in the past, but the burgers were terrific and the fries were the same shoestring fries we grew up loving. If you've been waiting to try it again like I was, I recommend you give it another chance! You won't regret it!

Food was terribly greasy as was the bag and wrappers it came in. We were very disappointed after waiting around 20 minutes in the drive-thru line for this garbage. I used to think McDonalds was bad, but they take the cake here.

Sat in the drive thru for nearly a half hour. They didn't put my son's cheeseburger in the bag so I had to get that before leaving, and my sandwich wrappers had grease on the outside of them. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they seemed overwhelmed.

Wow! This is the cleanest restaurant for stake and shake I've ever been in. The service was great! Burger came out looking perfect and hot! ( been to several fries were old) this one everything was fresh and clean. Manager came around and talked . Very pleasant atmosphere for family and friends.
