I had to ask the guy working the register to put gloves on before attempting to make sandwiches. He was very polite and he did. Dealt with another guy at the end making the sandwiches. Rude! Had an I don’t care attitude. Slapped my pickles down in my hand because I asked him to put on clean gloves. We got 3 subs and a wrap. Mine was veggie made first, so I asked him to bag my pickles with clean gloves. He was hesitant about changing them so I told him I’ll ask someone else to make them. He finally changed them and bagged them. I wanted to talk to the manager and the only lady in there said she was the manager. I showed her what he did. She said she don’t think he meant it. First off how you gonna tell me what he meant to do and you didn’t see him! Sandwiches are good but that particular worker needs to work on his people skills. Don’t be rude to me because I asked you to change your gloves. The manager on duty needs to listen to the customer and try to come to a resolution instead trying to assume the worker didn’t mean it!!!

Overall one star because as I have tried calling multiple times for the system to just hang up this is where I have to come. Service took 25 minutes from ordering to out the door which in my opinion is fairly slow for take out at a sandwich shop. The bread was stale on all sandwiches so much so that my friend couldn't even eat most of it and just ate the sandwich filling which we all agree was very tasty. When I tried calling to try to maybe rectify the situation well (the above). So definitely lots of room for improvement in my book.

I'm not sure how to reply but a way to speak to management would be great so the issues can be fixed in the future. These were not my only concerns just the major ones

Great service and delicious sandwiches. Very fresh ingredients and Queensryche was playing on the sound system. I'm definitely going to be a regular.

I had just got off work and I ordered a sub online. I could tell my sandwich was made with care. It was neat and all the ingredients were evenly distributed. It was the perfect sandwich. Thank you, Emprise and the rest of the Substation crew. I live in the area and eat there at least twice a week.

Great sandwich shop, that has tasty subs, with fresh ingredients. Pretty speedy service as well.

They have a $10 lunch special, with a choice of subs, side, and a drink. Not too bad and filling.

Sincere Care

The Rock Hill Sub station 2 has cut back on the size of the sub and the meat. For the price that’s being charged you would expect a larger sub with better quality. The customer service has slipped recently also. I use to eat at this location quite regularly but today will be my last day.
