Just left the Subway on 1240 East Main Street and the employee said they didn't have a certain bread because it was molded... they had lots of bread in the warmer and... the guacamole was dark brown... My question is how with a "A" rating on the front door. I just said never mind and walked out, as I sat in the car looking thru the window they started throwing bread away... I ....WAS.... HUNGRY.... not any more.

Online ordering is such a joke. What’s the point of having a pick up time just for the sandwich to be made and sat for 20-30 minutes ? Placed & order and the app said it would be ready in 25 minutes. Picked it up, sandwich was SOGGY. “Shredded rotisserie chicken” was just random clumps of chicken , they forgot the bacon and there was a thick black HAIR in the sandwich. So gross, do not order from here.

I placed a pick up order and because my name started with an X they didn't make the order and said they thought that meant the order was cancelled. They thought MY NAME STARTING WITH AN X. MEANT IT WAS CANCELLED. And just to make it worse when we showed up for the food they LAUGHED when we told them to go make the order and then didn't make the order. Could not get a refund, money completely WASTED. Will not be returning and would encourage others to stay away.
Sandwich was good the young girl seems so sad it's seems like she didn't want to work hesitated to even stop here for a quick grab and go

Went to pickup and they said they never received a order. After we could not come to an agreement, I left with nothing but a empty wallet. Never going for that scam again.

I tried to place an order on DoorDash and they didn’t have the options I wanted. So I called 6 TIMES before I got an answer and I explained what I wanted in my bowl, just spinach, teriyaki chicken, red onions, shredded cheese and some sauce. I CALLED 5 MINUTES BEFORE I WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK UP MY ORDER TO MAKE SURE IT WAS MADE PROPERLY. I got there and it was not made right at all. Not the right chicken not the right cheese etc. and the cheese they put in there, they didn’t break it up or anything it was just chunks of cheese. They didn’t even bother to separate the slices. This is the WORST subway I have ever been to. And I’ve been to many.
