I don’t eat subway but I appreciate the fact this store hasn’t been renovated and still has the old design…. I really hope based off these other reviews. Management steps in and gets them back on track. Oh how I hate minimalism! ;-0

Placed an online order for pickup at 6:40, 2 sandwhiches. Normally would not bother me as I understand staff shortages etc., but employees were literally standing around talking. Store was not busy, just us an one other online pickup. They were not ready until after 7pm. They also packed the wrong sub entirely. Both subs were lacking both meat and toppings. A foot long should have more than 2 pieces pepperoni and 2 pieces salami. Both subs were drowned in mayo and mustard. Even though staff said they were out of mayo. Paid extra for avacado that was not there since we were given the wrong sub. I hope whomever had our sub was able to at least enjoy it, because these two were horrible. I reached out but have not heard back, go figure. This store will be on our do not visit list in the future.

This may be the worst Subway I have ever been to. The food is close to any other Subway, but both times the bread was old or they were out of many flavors. The place is old & dirty, but the biggest knock is the service. The computer is always having issue & the employees are unfriendly, unprofessional, cussing & yelling. My son loves Subway & always wants to go there, but I finally had to put my foot down & explain we are no longer going to this Subway, he needs to find a different place to eat prior to practice multiple times each week. Avoid this place at all costs.

The Employees were fighting in front of my wife and my 11 year old daughter and cursing at each other over who needs to be served first, my wife who already gave her order or the online customer. To top it off they were out of chocolate cookies Absolutely ridiculous and the last time I was there I came into an empty store and all employees were out back smoking and I had to wait till they were done. The management needs to be fired and possibly the staff, start over with Competent and friendly people.

I placed an online order, I paid an extra 1.50 for double the protein. HAHA. I barely got any protein on the sandwich as is. Awful. I really hate that I did it online

Just left the Subway on 1240 East Main Street and the employee said they didn't have a certain bread because it was molded... they had lots of bread in the warmer and... the guacamole was dark brown... My question is how with a "A" rating on the front door. I just said never mind and walked out, as I sat in the car looking thru the window they started throwing bread away... I ....WAS.... HUNGRY.... not any more.

Online ordering is such a joke. What’s the point of having a pick up time just for the sandwich to be made and sat for 20-30 minutes ? Placed & order and the app said it would be ready in 25 minutes. Picked it up, sandwich was SOGGY. “Shredded rotisserie chicken” was just random clumps of chicken , they forgot the bacon and there was a thick black HAIR in the sandwich. So gross, do not order from here.

I placed a pick up order and because my name started with an X they didn't make the order and said they thought that meant the order was cancelled. They thought MY NAME STARTING WITH AN X. MEANT IT WAS CANCELLED. And just to make it worse when we showed up for the food they LAUGHED when we told them to go make the order and then didn't make the order. Could not get a refund, money completely WASTED. Will not be returning and would encourage others to stay away.
