Customer service was prompt, professional and pleasant , they prepare three footlong meatball on wheat bread, pepper jack cheese , black olives , and took one of them to work on Tuesday for my lunch , Thanks to Subway for their meat ball sub sandwiches .

The people here are very rude and very disrespectful when preparing your food. The young lady who is in the store who moves really fast and slams everything around and don’t ask you questions. The manager tries to work with customers, but I can tell that she is really working with some bad staff members. This is not a location that you really want to go to to get your food or have it prepared by them.

Not sure why, but I have come at 8:30 and was told that the store is closed when the posted time was 9:30PM.

Would rate zero starts if possible. This location is a complete joke. Order online and get charged. Show up to locked doors. No refund. Contacted customer service and received a phone call. Was told I would be sent something in the mail, but nothing. Two months later. No refund either. Liars and thieves.

Live in Lake Wylie and was looking for a Subway. I called the store and ask where on Herlong were they located...the girl on the phone said she didn't know where they were located on Herlong ??.I told her to look out the window and tell me what she sees....I see a Hardees....the subway is across the street...OMG...
