Fantastic employees and a wonderful experience ce whenever I'm here. I would recommend thos Subway any day of the week, and the owner knows how to make a kick-ass salad.
I went to the subway on Herlong in Rock hill, the sandwiches I picked up tasted wonderful and were done very quickly! The person who worked on putting my sandwiches together was training someone at the same time. Everyone who came In while I was standing there, really seemed to like him and were very glad to have him there!!

So for the 2ed time ive ordered something from there and not got what ive asked for or was shorted on my order. The 1st time I also had plastic corner from a packet cut off and was on my sandwich .. I about choked on it. I called and complained in which they offered another sandwich to make up for it but was too much of a trip to turn around and go get . Today with this order I order a fresh fit sandwich and added smashed avocado to the sandwich for a extra 2 dollars. We'll it wasn't applied to the sandwich and ive called 3 times no with no answer. Not only was the guy I had made my food rude had no personality and looked as if he hated life. I should've known from my past experiences that this wasn't the place to get a sub. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go this restaurant and if you do I would most definitely check you food and watch as its being made before you just grab and go... Im leaving such a review to help any and all future customers keep a eye out and know the service may suck before entering.

Steve, is by far, the best employee I have ever seen in my life at a subway. Moves with a purpose. Friendly. Skilled. Knowledgeable. He was the only one in the store and still making it happen with no line. Any other subway the line would have been out the door. This guy should be the highest paid subway employee.

Um. The sandwich goes the other way. Was going to make a flat bread sandwich then roll it up
when worker was looking for the bowls for the salad, the other guy was no help at all. Just said, over there, as he continued to try to find them

This place used to be my usual, I went there to try it out again and the lady at the counter was rude and unprofessional. Constant sighs and repeating questions that you already answered. I get it, I work in fast food too, but I'm pretty sure she's the manager, who definitely doesn't have any idea of how to be nice to anyone.
My food was lackluster and just thrown together, barely any want to make it look even decent

Closing time online and on the door says 9:30 at the Herlong location in rock hill, but for some reason the employees take it upon themselves to close the doors at 9 and turn off online orders. Great customer service!
The customer service is terrible. The two guys that's working during the day really don't know how to deal with customers .They don't wash their hands in between cashing people out and making sandwiches. They really need to hire new people and more people.

I want to start this review off by saying I understand what it’s like to work with the public. I was an assistant manager at a very busy fast food restaurant. With that being said I would never treat someone as they treated me today. I walk in very pleasant and before I could even get close to the counter the manager said “how can we help you “ with a very unpleasant attitude. I start off my order with my first sandwich, couldn’t even get the details across about my first sandwich before he ask me “is it only one sandwich “, I replied “no”. With a disgusting attitude he said “well you have to let us know”. The whole interaction was sad and left me upset. I would’ve walked out and stopped my order but I have more respect and appreciation for people than they do apparently. I wasted 22$ for horrible service. Do better.
