The people here are very rude and very disrespectful when preparing your food. The young lady who is in the store who moves really fast and slams everything around and don’t ask you questions. The manager tries to work with customers, but I can tell that she is really working with some bad staff members. This is not a location that you really want to go to to get your food or have it prepared by them.

Some of the employees are high on the job. I don’t necessarily care but it makes them seem disoriented and move slower when making my sub.They also close earlier than the times posted on the door. Not sure why, but I have come at 8:30 and was told that the store is closed when the posted time was 9:30PM.

Would rate zero starts if possible. This location is a complete joke. Order online and get charged. Show up to locked doors. No refund. Contacted customer service and received a phone call. Was told I would be sent something in the mail, but nothing. Two months later. No refund either. Liars and thieves.

Live in Lake Wylie and was looking for a Subway. I called the store and ask where on Herlong were they located...the girl on the phone said she didn't know where they were located on Herlong ??.I told her to look out the window and tell me what she sees....I see a Hardees....the subway is across the street...OMG...

Chains are hit or miss these days, but my husband and I chose this Subway last night for dinner. I used to LOVE Subway, but over the past few years, it hasn't been very good. Last night changed my perspective. The lady taking our order was so kind and polite. She was very helpful and patient. We got our order to-go and it was still hot when we got home. The toppings were fresh and delicious. I know every experience may not be like ours, but I felt it was important to share our positive experience.
