Very unfriendly, sandwiches lacked in amount of all ingredients, store is filthy (windows, tables, floors….). Staff (2 young females, and they are on their cell phones sitting down under the counter. No customers but us, why not do some cleaning?
Ownership, are you aware?
My wife and I will not return again.

Their posted hours, state that they're open at 7:30 AM Monday-Friday. Nope!
Totally disappointed with staff members behavior, because I need only onions and veggie patty and I said to put more onions in subway then they disagree with that and as well they are charging more as compared to other , because last time they charged me 24 dollars for 2 subway and they said it's our cost , as well lady employees everytime tried to insult me in front of other xustomer and when I asked for manager number then she denied to me and try to anger on me ....totally horrible

everything sucked. the floors were dirty. customer service was so disappointing i wanted to cry. I have been starving all day and I just got off of work and I was so excited for my foot dipper that I was gonna get, I always do pepperoni and provolone cheese not American. & this young man was being first discriminating against me, made me feel like I didn’t belong in that store and I should leave immediately. but i walked in there he already had an attitude asking what we want. i tell him & all he says is “ we can’t do that” WELLLL MAYBE DO YOUR JOB. THERES NO WAY IN HELL YOU GRY PAID THAT MUCH TO MAKE A DAMN SUB. I WILL NEVER & I REPEAT NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. i’ve never been so mad. I am extremely disappointed that I can’t even put it into words. This paragraph that I just wrote doesn’t justify it.

The staff are great. They don't have enough people there, but the one person (yes, one person running the whole store), was very polite and efficient.
The problem is the food. The bread had a strange smell to it; ruined the sandwich, don't know what was wrong with it, but it didn't taste fresh and had a weird bitterness to it. This was just the standard white bread that I typically have my subs with. I don't know what's going on with Subway quality control, but if you're gonna pay $15 for a meal at a fast food joint, the least they can do is make sure the overpriced mess they sell you doesn't taste like it's gone bad.

Maner and Brendy has fantastic customer service
I was in town due to a family member having a major surgery and choose get the kids something to eat from this place while we wait for updates on the progress. BIG MISTAKE!!! I placed the order on my subway app for faster service. Upon arriving I was informed that they were out of meatballs and asked by the lady if I’d like a different sandwich in its place. After making the decision of which sandwich I’d like a guy “Z” is what he was called-decided to argue back and forth with me about how I’d like the sandwich made because I’d ask him to toast the bread only and not the entire sandwich. He then proceeded to tell me what customers generally do and what I should have said and or done. In which I definitely wasn’t going for. I said to “Z” to make the sandwich the way I’d ask him to. He continued to argue with me and at this point I told him that he was out of line and rude and asked that my order be canceled and receive a refund in which I was denied because they both stated that they didn’t know how to do the refund and the manager was out of town and wouldn’t be back until Monday. I told that I’m not from the area and would like to have my money back asap in which didn’t happen. I left the store with no food and without a refund for my order. I will never return to this subway if I ever have to come back to this area again.

Complete night and day compared to the location on Cherry
Friendly staff, fast service, no odd smells and actually is clean!!
We were in and out within 15 minutes even though they were busy busy.
My only complaint would be it's way out of my way but in the end worth the extra 10 minutes drive to go to vs. The 2 minutes to the cherry location

They do not participate in Subway coupons. They do not have a sign posted that’s visible to the public. When asked if they did veterans or senior discount, she said no, and she turned away without an apology or any explanation.

One of the better subways I've been to. Me and my wife had our first date here so we are glad is still open. Good service and food.

Decent place.Only had 1 bad experience with stale bread.Sandwiches are always quick n tasty.Fast service. Clean environment. Better than Jersey Mike's!
