*****Consumer Alert***** 06/13/25 Do not order food from this subway location!!! I was really excited & looking forward to having a sub since i have not ordered in a while(now i remember why). So upon ordering my sandwich i noticed the tomatoes were bad looking! I informed the gentlman at the counter they were bad & if he had any fresh ones that he could prepare my sandwich with. He informed me that they would have to use what they had before opening a fresh bag! I was shocked & appauld that subway would allow their workers to sell bad vegetables on a sandwich that i would be paying almost $12 dollars for. For this reason I will never go to another subway again! What happen to customer service & selling premium sandwiches when you are trying to make the customer sick with old bad vegetables!! This employee should not even work at the counter at any subway location!!! I took my hard earned money & appetite to a reputable sandwich shop!!! If your customer service is like this at any other location you should CLOSE ALL SUBWAY SHOPS!!! You had 1 chance to make a customer who worked hard & over 10 hours and YOU FAILED MISERABLY!!! #Nevereatingsubwayagain

This is the absolute worst location I’ve ever been, they have the door locked when their hours are 9:30. The employees let 2 people in from a locked door and then we walked in right behind them and they just looked at us and didn’t open the door. This is the third time we have come and either they have the doors locked or they are just straight up closed

Of course deli sandwiches are always the best. So many meats,cheeses and veggies to choose from. Today I got a foot long wheat with a bunch of veggies with mayo and oil and salt and pepper. I was served by a young lady with a great attitude and the music made the atmosphere comfortable and I seen other guests enjoying the atmosphere also. I will be returning and she definitely made my day.

Nothing special about subway, everybody has been there. I personally love their subs tho and ive never had a bad sub from there. Its always my go to and i have no real reason to wanna go somewhere else personally
My family loves Subway but have been very disappointed in the stores in Fort Mill and Rock Hill. They are not kept clean, usually only have 1 employee working up front during major meal times, do not know the ingredients for specialty sandwiches, burn the personalized pizzas, always forget to cut the pizzas and pick up order always have multiple things missing. Guess I’m going to find a new sandwich shop.
