To the taco bell manager on heckle that flipped me off and cussed at me in front of my 7 year old for asking for a item of my order I didnt receive i just want you to know I see you. I see that maybe you were having a bad day, maybe a bad week or may be a long string of bad luck. What you dont know is that I was on my feet for nearly 9 hours only having gone through my 4th round of chemo less than a week ago. What you dont know is that meal was meant to grant me 30 mins of rest where I didnt need to be on my feet any longer than needed by having to cook a meal for my daughter after an already long day. Maybe having a chance to spend a little extra time with her. Maybe you didnt see the way you made her break down in tears out of fear from your voulger actions and tone and you probably dont care. Maybe youre happy that meal went cold and untouched while i calmed her down. Youll never know the hell we lived through this year and i pray you never experience it yourself. They do say ignorance is bliss. People make mistakes, and its not uncommon for items to be left out. Im sure you've experienced that yourself. I know you will never see this but my blatant confusion and lack of response to your actions should have been enough for you to diffuse your anger but ive been around long enough to know not all humans evolve. I hope you heal.

Saw one of the employees flip off customer in front of me. It look like the angriest employee I have ever seen. Tried calling management but she really didn’t seem to care about the situation. Lady with brown hair and glasses is a angry lady.

Used to be a fine spot - service is so slow now. Drive through really can take 30 minutes if you hit the wrong time; last time was over 40. Online order too so they already took my money.

The food was good and the order correct. Just not sure what is going on lately

Haven't been to a Taco Bell in quite a while and had a hankering for it. The service was fast and friendly. The order was correct. The food was as expected. I wasn't expecting gourmet food. That said it it the spot for the moment.

The service inside stinks. They want you to use the kiosk which I prefer not to. Waited 10 minutes to order. Not very polite.

Girl took our order, repeated every thing back correctly and then our food was made wrong. We politely went back around to the window and were going to just have them fix the mistake and the girl at the window saw us sitting there and just stood there with her arms crossed for a good 5 minutes before opening the window. My husband told her the two items in his hand were made wrong and she just took the food back through the window and shut it…she then got another worker and opened the window and just kept telling the other girl “dis wrong” over and over. The other girl who apparently is the one who took our order then proceeded to argue with my husband saying he shouldn’t have said everything on the screen was correct..he said that it was correct and she repeated it back correctly and they still made it wrong. She continues to argue…LOL…and then after we ask for a refund says “I don’t mind remaking it”…oh no, but you do because WHY are you arguing??? Won’t go here again. Mistakes are made and we weren’t that mad until she decided to argue like it was our fault they couldn’t read a screen and make an order correctly. I was in the food industry for over 15 years…it’s really NOT that hard.

I just went through my local Taco Bell at 12:23am they were so kind and even got me fresh fries. I’m not one to leave a review quite frankly I could care less but these guys are awesome.

Have had several very simple orders here take 30min to 1hr 30min+ and get things wrong. Don't know if this a training or compliance issue. If these employees don't know how to do their job or they're unwilling to do their job. Have had 2 orders in the last 3 months done incorrectly as well. Seems like higher level mgmt needs to get involved if they can't get soft shell taco, ground beef, lettuce, cheese right.

The “manager” got an attitude after we were told by an employee to come to the store so we could pick up our order that THEY messed up. They got defensive and debated with me in the drive thru. We didn’t get our food. It’s a shame, because this location used to be our favorite. But if THAT’S what’s “running the store,” then good riddance lmao.

Taco Bell is always a great choice for late night munchies! Some of their food is very spicy as should be expected! They allow you to customize any item which is great for those of us who love the hint of spice, but nothing more than that. I love the simple beef, lettuce and cheese soft taco and the cheese quesadilla (minus jalapeño cheese sauce). I highly recommend Taco Bell!
