Ordered a luxe box and asked for a supreme beef chalupa and got a chicken one, a 5 layer burrito with no beans and the dumbasses in the kitchen put beans in it and no cheesy Gordita.

This review is based on going to this location for nearly two years. The staff is always kind, my order is always correct, and they are very fast. Highly recommend.
Vegetarian options: You can substitute black beans or potatoes for meat in all dishes to make any dish vegetarian. They also have a vegetarian section on their menu online as well. Don't forget, you can customize just about anything.

This place needs to be closed down for good. Terrible Terrible workers and the manager is trashy and unhappy all the time. Very nasty place and never change the gloves and constantly playing on their phones and touching people food. Just very disgusting and embarrassing. Always different disrespectful employees and miserable and hateful. I wish I could give this place a 0. Food is definitely nasty and you always have to give food back just pathetic!
Taco's very thin, no filling. When you pay extra to have toppings and there's lack of, it's not right. Coffee very nasty, worst coffee I have ever had. Truck stop coffee much better, had to pour out. The price you pay is not worth it.

I ordered two bean burritos extra beans, 2 Soft tacos supreme, no sour cream this week. I get home and had a half of burrito and an extra burrito. Both tacos had sour cream and I get sick if i eat sour cream. I also noticed no receipt. Tried to call due to being late at night and had to use drive thru. Get home call no answer. The next day called multiple times no answer. So 2 days ago I go and the doors locked and no answer. Today finally get someone they asked for the receipt. I told them that was one of the problems, I never got my receipt. I told them I had the picture and asked to talk to manager they didn't care. I tried to report on tell the bell but need recipes to do survey. This location is a joke, always new people, they don't want to work. About a week ago I was in here because I work in the area, kiosks was down, mobile ordering was down, so they took my order, took the money, then went and touched the food. No gloves, no washing hands. I reported to manager and she said she would have a talk. Didn't see the young guy the next time for a while. Maybe got suspended, maybe day off, not sure. Please help this store I either have this store or have to travel another 20-30 mins different directions to get my food and only have 30 mins break.
