I dont care what anyone says, every single time my friends and I enter, were greeted nicely, the workers are always super kind, and I personally have never had an order messed up (which, to clarify, even if it does happen.. everyone makes mistakes and no resturaunt, especially a fast food restaurant with high volume, should be scolded for an occasional mistake with an order). Anyways, I love this location!

Might have been a better review if I had gotten what I ordered. I substituted some items and got none of them. Had lunch at a taco bell the previous day and was disappointed with the size of what I order for the price I paid. Just happened to be picking up a delivery this morning and thought the breakfast menu might be better. Due to time I ate the item anyway. It's was OK but if it was what I ordered the way I ordered it, this would have been a more positive review.

I went to this location to pick up a door dash and this heavy set white guy claims to be the manager was very rude about a order that had not been picked up. He's been letting other dashers that he knows steal the orders! He, then sent a younger brown skin guy who came to the window telling me to get out the drive thur and threaten me with a gun customer service is terrible at this location all the time with these same employees it is advised not to go there this is how people end up getting hurt over nothing luckily I was the bigger person. Something needs to be done immediately! All this over me explaining to them that orders should confirmed before a dasher leaves this hurts other dasher profiles when they do this respectfully
The worst Taco Bell in Rock Hill. You’d think that just because it’s a newer location that they’d have it together👎🏽 I ordered a chicken quesadilla but they literally forgot the creamy jalapeño sauce! Ok I come back again, a different time and I ordered a #7 but they put less beef on the tacos lol. Shut this location DOWN!

I'm not usually a big fan of Taco Bell but I come to this location a lot because it is consistently good unlike most of the restaurants on this road.
