I’m writing this review not out of anger but rather disappointment and confusion. I’ve been a loyal customer of this amazing food truck, visiting almost every week, driving all the way from York to Rock Hill—a 30-minute trip one way—just to enjoy the delicious food you offer. The main reason I make this effort is because my son, who has dietary sensitivities, doesn’t experience flare-ups with your chicken tacos. It’s one of the few meals we can safely enjoy out, and we truly value that.
However, today’s experience left me wondering why the owner (or one of the chefs—I think it’s the owner) was so rude to me. I had thrown something into your trash can to make room in my car so that my children and I could eat the food we purchased. We weren’t even striving for comfort, just trying to create a small space to enjoy your amazing food. Instead of any form of acknowledgment or understanding, I was met with an attitude that felt dismissive and unnecessary, as a paying customer.
What baffles me most is that I’ve always been kind and loyal. I’ve chosen your food truck week after week, supporting your business, and yet I’ve consistently felt ignored, like my presence isn’t appreciated or welcomed. Why is that? I’ve done nothing but support you and rave about your food to others.
I’m sharing this feedback not to tear anyone down but to express how disappointing this experience was. I truly hope this was just a bad day or a misunderstanding because your food is incredible, and I’ve always believed in supporting great local businesses like yours. Please, as someone who values what you create, consider the impact of how you treat your customers, especially the ones who go out of their way to support you.
