I do not know what happened to this place in the last few years. But the quality of the food in the service has gone straight into the crapper. I ordered some oxtails and it came covered in some kind of gravy that tasted rancid like it was used months old grease. When I got a fried turkey wing instead it has so much grease in it that I couldn't even finish it. Don't eat here you will be disappointed

I was disappointed because the service was great...the lady asked me to open the container to confirm my order and she even gave me a hug. But when I tasted the beef steak, I took one bite and spit it out ?. It tasted spoiled. So I trashed the order. Although I lost $10, I was more disappointed that this was in the South. Black folks can cook soul food, but not here.

You NEVER know when they are actually open or not, don't waste your time trying to eat here.
Why would this place list as open on Google, when they are in fact closed. I'm from another state and wanted to try some soul food but sadly had to settle for Italian. Total waste of time and gas.
I love their food but they literally never answer the phone or have accurate hours. I’ve tried to get food from them 3 times in the past month and everytime I show up nobody is in the building, or answering the phone. So
