Where to start …. Got here at 4:30 , waited till 6:00 for food to come ….. food was cold so I politely asked for manager he came and took it and said he would take care of it, well 10 minutes later food came back cold again , told the server that is was cold again and they could keep it …. Went to Texas Roadhouse on 1/23/25 and had the first bad experience ever. Called an hour in advance to confirm they could accommodate 11 people, and they said they could. They don't do reservations, so we came 45 mins early to be put on the waiting list. we waited an additional 45 mins past the seating time before we were seated, they split the FAMILY party between 2 separate tables and 2 different waitresses.
