We come here every week. And our experience yesterday was awful! A group come in as we were waiting on our food and the lady’s perfume was so strong we asked could maybe they move us or move them. The manager said no cause he needed the tables. I said well we been waiting on our food for an hour and he still said no!! Her perfume was strong enough even the waitresses were talking about it!! Needless to say as we were talking to the manager our food comes out he said I can box it for you I said if we wanted to eat at home we would have ordered it to go!!! I said just take it back to the kitchen and we left and went to ruby tuesdays and ate!! But we did tip the waitress 10 dollars for her service!! Do better please

We visited here on a Thursday night, very big location. This spot is always busy,has ample parking..but can be hard to find a park sometimes.,great location plenty of shopping nearby. They have an outside window were you can place and pick up 2 go orders.clean parking lot and front entrance. This spot gives real roadhouse vibes inside and out. The inside has plenty of seating and nice decor all over. Upon entrance don't miss the hand cut steak display!There's usually a wait here but we were seated in under 5min.Staff was very friendly and service was great. Our food took about 10 minutes 2 arrive,I had my favorite 4pc catfish fried,fries and vegetables broccoli and carrots. Ahelicious as always..my wife had 2pc pork chops salad and bake potato. Can't forget about those Ahelicious rolls 😋. This is definitely a place to bring the whole family, good drink menu, bar,and music.clean restrooms also 💯

I am a GM for a restaurant so my mind is always on everything and when I say I wish my store could, I truly do! I sat at the bar alone and for me to have such a great time is insane and it made me feel more confident going out alone in the future. Thank you for showing me that it could be possible to have a great damn store. No wonder why they always have a line out the door.

wont lie, usually avoid chain restaurants but had an excellent meal - very pleasantly surprised - especially when the steak was *spot on* to the point where i didn't even need sauce. well done!

Excellent food, outstanding service, Our waitress was there with whatever we needed before we new we needed it.
We usually have a good experience but the last 2 times we visit (with in 2 weeks) the food has taken so long to come to the table and this has resulted in our medium steaks to arrive at the table overcooked to a welldone. We didnt have time to wait on our steak to be cooked again so we had them take it off the bill and we left without eating.

I have to say I haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in years and my boss wanted to go eat here and I was wondering why it was so crowded and why people would be willing to wait almost an hour for a table on a Friday night. I thought to myself that no food was worth waiting an hour to eat it. However with him being in a wheelchair we decided to wait the hour. We were seated in 50 minutes. We shared a cactus blossom and the hand cut sirloin. Let me tell you... That was the best steak I have put in my mouth in a long time! I suddenly realized why people wait so long to eat here. It was the most tender and perfectly cooked piece of mea. I probably could have skipped using a knife and cut it with the side of my fork. They bring you the fresh rolls and butter and plenty of peanuts to eat while you wait. Next time I decide to go, I will definitely join the wait list for a table before we head there because that's what I totally recommend you do, to avoid such a long wait. I'll probably go on a weeknight also instead of the weekend. But I will definitely return for that cut of meat. Just keep in mind this is a very loud and lively place. Never a dull moment with the music and the dancing waiters and waitresses. 😁A+++++

Food took an excessively long time to come out. Baked potato was hot, steak was luke warm and overcooked; tasted like propane. My guess is they sat it on the corner of the grill while awaiting the other food. Service was fine. I won't be going back to this location for a while, if ever.
