I had an average experience here. I ordered the herb crusted chicken, baked potato, and Caesar salad. The salad could have benefited from a few more croutons and a bit more dressing. The chicken was a bit salty and dry, and while the baked potato was nice, it could have used more cheese, and the cheese wasn’t fully melted. On a brighter note, the rolls and butter were absolutely delightful, and the Coca Cola was perfectly refreshing.

My husband and I come to this Texas Roadhouse almost every weekend specifically for the prime rib. When it’s good, it’s really good — I’ve had some of the best prime rib of my life here. Unfortunately, I’ve also had some of the worst. The quality is very hit or miss, which makes it hard to know what you’re going to get from week to week. Several weeks in a row we’ve both ordered medium prime rib and both received well done end cuts.

EVERYTIME I come here and order a dozen rolls. They literally give you a scoop of butter. For 12 big rolls. They don’t even fill the container up, that they’re putting the butter in! Then when u bring it to the person attention at the take out window. She have the nerve to charge me $3.00 for extra butter. How can 3 Different ppl eat 12 rolls, With literally a scoop of butter then get charged for more ????? Why should you pay extra for butter when u already bought not 3,6 or 8 but 12 rolls. Won’t be wasting my time coming all the way from carowinds to here. All this bread for a scoop of butter is not cool. It’s literally a small scoop and a bunch of air in the container for all this bread.

Last night, Saturday evening, we went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner with my family. This is a place we have visited for years and usually enjoy, but this time the experience was terrible.
From the very beginning, our server had a very bad attitude. She was cold, rude, and extremely rushed while taking our order, constantly cutting us off and leaving us mid-sentence. Throughout the meal, she literally threw the plates onto the table instead of serving them properly.
At the end of the meal, we ordered an extra entrée to go, and it was clearly an inconvenience for her. We also asked for more bread for our four-year-old child. We had no issue with paying an extra charge, as we are familiar with the restaurant and have been coming for years, but her reaction was very unpleasant. She even sat at another table chatting with a coworker while our child was waiting, and my older daughter had to remind her.
When she finally brought the to-go order, she continued with the same awful attitude—turning her back on us, walking away without saying anything, and acting very disrespectfully.
To make matters worse, the restaurant did not feel clean. The table next to us had already been vacated, yet it remained dirty and unattended the entire time.
It is very disappointing that a restaurant with such good food is being overshadowed by such poor service. Based on this experience, I seriously doubt we will return. Management should really pay attention to the increasing number of reviews mentioning bad service.

We come here every week. And our experience yesterday was awful! A group come in as we were waiting on our food and the lady’s perfume was so strong we asked could maybe they move us or move them. The manager said no cause he needed the tables. I said well we been waiting on our food for an hour and he still said no!! Her perfume was strong enough even the waitresses were talking about it!! Needless to say as we were talking to the manager our food comes out he said I can box it for you I said if we wanted to eat at home we would have ordered it to go!!! I said just take it back to the kitchen and we left and went to ruby tuesdays and ate!! But we did tip the waitress 10 dollars for her service!! Do better please

We visited here on a Thursday night, very big location. This spot is always busy,has ample parking..but can be hard to find a park sometimes.,great location plenty of shopping nearby. They have an outside window were you can place and pick up 2 go orders.clean parking lot and front entrance. This spot gives real roadhouse vibes inside and out. The inside has plenty of seating and nice decor all over. Upon entrance don't miss the hand cut steak display!There's usually a wait here but we were seated in under 5min.Staff was very friendly and service was great. Our food took about 10 minutes 2 arrive,I had my favorite 4pc catfish fried,fries and vegetables broccoli and carrots. Ahelicious as always..my wife had 2pc pork chops salad and bake potato. Can't forget about those Ahelicious rolls 😋. This is definitely a place to bring the whole family, good drink menu, bar,and music.clean restrooms also 💯
