Just moved in so still acclimating, but the space is great and the location is ideal. Staff has been very helpful through the process. I toured spaces in many different apartments and while some of the spaces might have been comparable Ryan demonstrated that the Anderson prioritizes my needs as a tenant above the rest. Other tenants I have met have expressed high satisfaction after several years of living here so I can recommend it to anyone else thinking of moving out on there own for the first time.

This place is amazing and the staff is so nice. Ryan cares about the property and it shows. Came by without notice and he was happy to take time to show me around. I love how big the apartments are and how safe I felt when parking. Great walk to everything. It was so relaxing during the walk through. Ryan even check on me and called after to answer any questions.

I moved into The Anderson a couple of months ago and it has been a great experience. Ryan has been awesome! He genuinely cares and is always helpful, kind and professional. He makes you feel welcome and takes time to talk even though I know he’s busy. Also, a big shout out to Melanie who is amazing! Resolved an issue I had immediately. She is also kind, caring, professional and welcoming. And the maintenance team is excellent as well! They are also kind and professional. They have only had to come once and responded quickly. The apartment is wonderful and located in a great area with a variety of walkable delicious food options, a Farmer’s Market (when in season) along with other businesses. I feel safe here with the controlled access and having a parking garage is an added bonus, especially with all the police cars parked in there. So far, I love living here. The entire team at The Anderson makes all the difference, which to me, sets it apart and I would highly recommend.

If anyone ever needs to rent an apartment I would not recommend this place. The apartment is very nice, other than the people lurking the the parking garage and harassing you on the sidewalks. They try and charge any little fee they can to get money out of you. I have rented all of my adult life and moved NUMEROUS times and never had anywhere try and claim the nonsense they are. Said there was a “pet odor” in the apartment from my dog and they’re charging me additional fees upon move out when I literally steam cleaned the apartment moving out. THAT $300 they charge you for a pet means nothing! I’ve never gotten anything but a full deposit back from any place I’ve lived and I know these people are full of it. Be warned if you have to break your lease and go somewhere else, they make you pay a “lease break fee” (which isn’t even in the lease!) equal to an additional months rent, before they will even accept your notice (60 days!), in addition to making up all kinds of miscellaneous charges. Charges for building security when the doors don’t even lock half the time, charges for trash pick up you can’t opt out of. Charges for vehicle parking that you can’t even get if there is any event in downtown bc they don’t enforce resident only parking. I loved living at my last apartment and should’ve just went back there when I needed another place. There are much better options for cheaper that don’t nickel and dime you and you won’t have to worry about people begging you from your patio. Oh, and expect a $200 utility bill for 600 sq feet in addition to them charging you for water usage! I was paying close to $1700 a month for 600 square feet after all their fees and the utilities running high month after month.

I live in 139 Main that is partnered with the Anderson just 1 block away. There has been a maintenance issue that had been put off by others in the past, until last week. I stopped into the Anderson office. I had a brief meeting with Ryan where he showed genuine ownership and care. That meeting led to a visit later that same day by Jack in the maintenance team. Jack provided kind, courteous service along with detailed ownership that went above and beyond to do more than expected. Thank you both for the extra efforts you both make daily that help 139 Main and the Anderson a great community.

I recently moved into the Anderson. I enjoy living here so far. Short walk to local eateries and short drive area stores. Plenty of covered and open parking in rear of building. Living on the 4th floor the elevator is nice. I am certainly looking forward to all the events that happen in town.Ryan and the staff made the move a breeze, answering all my questions and keeping in contact and making sure move in day went smooth. Maintenance was quick with a repair of a window.

He helped me find a unit that fit all of my preferences. He really went the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. My move-in process was very easy, the complex is in the heart of the city, easy parking, and my apartment is fantastic. It is exactly as it was described to me and couldn’t be happier.
