I recently moved into the Anderson. I enjoy living here so far. Short walk to local eateries and short drive area stores. Plenty of covered and open parking in rear of building. Living on the 4th floor the elevator is nice. I am certainly looking forward to all the events that happen in town.Ryan and the staff made the move a breeze, answering all my questions and keeping in contact and making sure move in day went smooth. Maintenance was quick with a repair of a window.

He helped me find a unit that fit all of my preferences. He really went the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. My move-in process was very easy, the complex is in the heart of the city, easy parking, and my apartment is fantastic. It is exactly as it was described to me and couldn’t be happier. I’ve been a resident here for almost 5 years ! The staff has always been very professional and friendly, never had problems with the maintenance man he’s very kind and always quick with the job and when the leasing office doors are open I always feel welcomed, Ms. Nancy gives my Puppy love & treats almost everyday lol the downtown location is chefs kiss! I watch the parades and any events RH has front row on my balcony. Parking as never been a problem when events are going on. There are delicious restaurants, coffee shops and shopping centers within walking distance!! the units are very cozy and of course beautiful! I love being home where I feel completely safe! If you’re looking for a new home I would recommend you talking to Ms. Melanie and Ms. Nancy in the office.

The Anderson would not be the same without her, for me it would be a sad place. I live on the 4th floor and I just love looking out seeing my beautiful Rock Hill...Anderson - keep up the good work, please keep my rent 'lower' and keep Nancy happy with a big fat raise...K. Great place to live in the heart of downtown Rock Hill! Watch parades from the balcony and step right out side to many great events throughout the year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Safe place to live with many restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Everything you need is in walking distance including museums, a convenience store, and a library. Very clean and the gym is nice also. Multiple places to shop. Great place to call home!

Homeless begging every day from the old front porchManagement invaded my privacy so bad they actually read my mail...Not to mention having to boil water to take a bath because the hot water heater couldn't warm more than 3 minutes worth of water.I would stay as far away from here as possible. $1600 a month for 600 square feet just to be nickle and dimed for every and anything they can think of...

Great apartment and location. It's very safe, and the residents are kind and considerate. Extremely helpful front office and maintenance staff. Walking distance to Amelies, Jimmy John's, and the rest of downtown. You do hear the train roll through sometimes, but it's nothing you won't sleep through.

This apartment complex used to be stunning when it was first built however, after visiting for a tour we realized how gross and run down it is now. The walls in the halls are all busted up and marked up from people moving and then not maintaining them as well as in the front office. While sitting speaking to a rep we noticed how much dirt and grime was on the door/knob to the right of her desk that it completely grossed us out. Not sure how you can sit there all day and not even take a Clorox wipe to a doorknob next to you but okay… definitely wouldn’t recommend these “luxury” apartments to anyone seeing as how they can’t even maintain their own lobby area. Who’s to say they will maintain a hazard or plumbing issue if they can’t even clean properly??? ?
