There has to be some way to keep the buffet food hot, or at least warm!!!!! Tried to eat there on 4-13, and just couldnt. The food was good, IT WAS JUST COLD! EVERYTHING ON THE BUFFET WAS COLD. AS YOU LOOKED AT THE FOOD IN THE CONTAINERS, THERE WAS NO SIGN OF WARMTH OR STEAM/HEAT ON ANYTHING! Fix this, and we WILL be back....

The food was NOT good. Their receipt says "best food in town" and the front windows boast about their amazing food. The menu states Belgian Waffle but it's really a pancake with little grooves from a store bought machine. The sausage was severely overcooked, pancakes were average and the restaurant had a moldy stench. The bathroom wasn't fit for humans. Service was below average even though no one was in there. I should have turned around and left when I saw it was empty.

This is one of my favorite "go to" spots! The food is consistently wonderful. I think I have eaten everything on the menu at this point?.The service is always friendly and attentive. Great job as usual!

Have been eating here for 20+ years, including today. Original owner retired and sold it a couple years ago- WHAT’S HAPPENING? Just noticed the “C” rating on the door… Gasp !! We will NOT be back until it’s back to an ”A”.

I went to The Little Cafe Rock Hill, SC on March 14th around lunch time. First time for me. It was my birthday and I shared the fact with our waitress and the girl who said she was the manger. I was charged $14.17 by the mangager for 3 eggs and bacon and a bowl of grits. The menu said it was $6.10. my friend never got her toast the whole time even after being there for so long the food got cold. People were waiting to pay for their meals at the casino register and the manager walked to the front and ignored us. I had to call her and ask who could we pay. She claimed help shortage and made us wait while she walked to the back of the restaurant again. The place was nasty the food on the buffet was cold and unappealing to say the least. My friend lives in Rock Hill and told me I could get breakfast their for a good price. She was embarrassed to say the least. No way I would ever go back to such a place and be mistreated again. When I saw the charge on my bank account I went back for a refund and was given $3 measley dollars for my trouble from an ugly hateful manger. My plain ole breakfast still costed me $11.17 even with the $3 refund. Never again!

It took forever to get the food. Once received, it was undercooked after repeatedly asking for it to be made a certain way. Breakfast for 2 ended up over an hour and Breakfast for 1.

If you want home cooked meals at a very reasonable price, go to The Little Cafe on Cherry Road. I had the TLC breakfast with a glass of water. It was two scrambled eggs, a sausage patty, a bowl of grits, and toast. The meal was under $6.00 dollars! You can't beat that price for a breakfast meal. So next time you are looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, stop in at The Little Cafe.

I have been in the Restaurant Industry for 17 years, and have beyond mastered every position from GM down to Dishwasher. I have had my own catering business, worked at country clubs including The Palisades, River Hills, The Shore Club of Tega Cay, as well as The Rock Hill Country Club. I have worked at many fine dining establishments such as the Pumphouse, Whitakers of Fort Mill, and many upscale Asain Bistos, so I know my passion to a T. Not that I was trying to work at The Little Cafe, I just enjoy testing businesses and their hospitality, I asked for an application the host said were cutting hours sorry but I'll get you one. He forgot which I didn't care, then my waitress Judy only checked on me one time the entire time I was at the table, she didn't prebus what so ever and I even put the plates and utensils in an organized fashion as well as the straw wrapper. I never stiff people but I she deserved it, I felt rushed because she was about to get off and reminded me he'll take your ticket whenever you're ready up front multiple times. I've worked here twice before I know this, but just because I look young doesn't mean treat me any differently than you would anyone else. I'm 34 years old and I am one of the best in the business. I had a whole chicken thigh and half a breast left over and asked could If I could take it home in a box for my dog. She said no ill get in trouble when I know they are just going to throw it away regardless. Not to mention the chicken and dumplins are horrible and the buffet even with a drink included at no additional cost is 17.11 after tax at lunch time. I will definitely not be back. Over priced terrible service and the food was average at best.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD ONLINE. Terrible customer service. Rude staff. I ordered breakfast online and apparently they are just pretending like it's not their problem that they have the option to order online but they then have no way to actually fulfill the order anymore because their tablet is broken. So the customer is out that money until ChowNow decides to refund it. And when you try to point out that its inconvenient as a customer, you get gaslit like its your fault you didnt magically know not to order online and hung up on mid phone call. I have brought my family here multiple times in the last few months and today was my first attempt at ordering on-line, but I will not be back and will be spreading the word to others of how I was treated today. Terrible way to ring in the new year.

Man, I smashed that food. I ordered 15 minutes before they shut down, for them to get set up for dinner and still got fresh hot food. Now that's great service... look at that plate ? ?
