Let me start with the good stuff. I think the pig skins were really good and had a lot of flavor. The Bar is having a pretty good time from what I see.Here’s where you lost me. We seated ourselves and the server was relatively prompt; unfortunately her attitude was kind of awkward and rude as were most of the staff.I got my meal and my vegetables were kind of cold and bland. The chicken was decent but it kind of tasted like it had been sitting for a little; very lukewarm and bland. Not to mention the sautéed onions were just raw onions.Don’t think I’ll be back but it was worth a try. Seems kind of like they need actual wait staff and not just have your bartenders pick up the slack.Mitch, I hope this helps.

Tried this place for the first time last night after just moving to town- we got the Monterey wrap with the pasta salad. The pasta salad is incredible!! I will go there from now on just to eat that! The wrap was delicious as well but there was barely any queso which made the burrito dry in some parts but overall delicious and we will be back!

Great dinner night! The staffs were amazing, we felt so welcome...the food were delicious!!! I had the rice, black beans briskets and corn muffin and hubby had rotisserie chicken, Mac & cheese and dill potatoes salad, corn muffin...oh let's not forget the Chicharron with guacamole, deliciossso!!!Look forward to going back!!!Kid-friendliness: Great family atmosphere

Unfortunately, the pulled rotisserie chicken was incredibly bland, and the brisket was inedible. I tried to muscle it down, but they clearly had overcooked it and poured liquid rendered tallow on it to hide the overcook - and it was also very bland. Almost no salt or pepper taste whatsoever.This place had such potential, but unless you’re looking for a bland low salt dinner (and there is a demographic that prefers that), this place will unfortunately disappoint.My wife got the Southwest salad and it was 70% chips (unsalted chips, too!) and barely any actual lettuce…If the company reads this, you guys can do so much better - just up the flavor, change your brisket cook method, maybe season the chicken before and while cooking (or try brining before rotisserie) and you’ve got a winning combination that would bring in a whole new demographic!

First time we went in and actually ate. We have had the chicken salad shortly after they opened and it was the BOMB!! Tried it about a year later and it was barely edible. We were in town and decided to eat in figuring it could have gotten better, sadly its worse. Won't be coming back. Waste of $40!
