I absolutely loved this waffle House. I come from Florida and waffle House is a staple so I'm quite skeptical of Carolina Waffle House's, but when I tell you this was the best waffle House I've been too up here. The staff were attentive and didn't have that fake retail/fast food Smile. We all know that smile but they seemed so down to earth, yes it was hectic but they didn't skip a beat on greeting me and my husband. And let me tell you THE FOOD OMG IT WAS AMAZING. This is the first waffle House ever and I mean EVER that has made grits that were good. I didn't have to put salt pepper or sometimes if I know I'm going to a waffle House I bring a baggy of seasonings. But this waffle House has won my heart over just because of the grits. I never give a 5/5 but this waffle House has done better then a lot of fancy restaurants!!!! I will go again<3

Went to eat in but all the tables were nasty and they said sit anywhere so I just got my food to go instead now the taste of the food was good but the restaurant floors, tables all were nasty and 2 ladies were just talking while the other 2 were preparing to get off. I will never go back to that 1.

I went in today to redeem my birthday coupon and was told that they were no longer accepting these. I reached out to the Waffle House customer service, who told me that I could in fact use it at this location; just as dine-in only and not to go. Had the worked informed me of this, instead of telling me that I couldn’t use it there at all because they “no longer accepted the birthday coupon”, I would have stayed and just dined in. I’m not sure why I was specifically told this/or treated this way.
