I was going to stop and get a bit last night, but Wendy's was closed. Went to McDonalds and they were too slow. They can only take 2 orders at a time. Where are they finding their help???

I love wendys but this place is so slow or the say the system is down so they can't take orders. This happens multiple time a week. Always out of something. This time it's fries and nuggets. They need a new manager. How can you run out of food? Someone isn't doing their job. .

I wish I could give this place a 0/5. Saddest thing about it is this is not my first time leaving a review on this particular Wendy’s. I went to this location around 2:50pm, drove through the drive-thru, and was told they’re only accepting door dash orders. No matter the time or day, it’s always something with this location. At this point they might as well shut down.

Tried to order the driv thru and employee asked I'd I was using rewards app I said no and they didn't come back on to take Myorder then I tried to get into the inside the door was locked. I wasn't the only person outside trying to get in.it was only 8:30 pm.2 people were inside ignoring us!!!

We stopped to get breakfast this morning, we are traveling and decided for something quick. That didn’t happen because there was one employee, Jeremy. Jeremy gets a huge shout out for handling taking order, cooking it and having to run cash register. He went above and beyond what any employee should have to. Wendy’s manager and franchise owner doesn’t even deserve a one star. Seriously need to do better. Jeremey gets 5 stars for handling it all with great customer service and a friendly and positive attitude.

Went to this location and never had such terrible experience. Took 15 minutes for food at drive thru. Employees seemed irritated they had a customer. Only two people working on a Saturday.Very unfortunate as this location was a great place to eat. Moved back to Rock Hill and this whole shopping center and restaurants are sub par.Food was cold and items missing from the order. Ended up tossing the whole meal. Hope to see things improve or perhaps close and allow another concept to take over.

this is my local Wendy’s and I drive into York to avoid this place. Ordered two cheesy cheddar burgers at 2pm with one car in front of me in the drive through and waited 15 mins. the people in front of me only had one bag of food as well. I have never been inside because it is always locked, even during open hours.

Our food was ruined ! Liquid cheese was poured in our chili! ? The triple burger large meal we ordered was was cold ! Fries hard and burgers hard and cold ! The other burgers ? had nothing on them but ketchup! Where was the lettuce, tomato ?, onion etc.? They were cold & hard as well!Our receipt wasn’t in the bag ! We called immediately to get our 23.17 receipt but no answer!!! We called Wendy’s customer service and was supposed to get a call backAnd didn’t! This happened last Friday March 8,2024 around 12 pm est time . Awful , awfulService & food !!!!!!

DO NOT STOP HERE - Dirty place and food not to Wendy’s standards.To start the staff is friendly and nice. BUTStopped at 3pm in the afternoon. Place was empty. Tables were extremely dirty and sticky. Floors, all the floors were greasy and slippery. Definitely a fall hazard waiting to happen.The food came slow and was cold. The bathrooms were disgusting. Almost not usable.And to top it off. A customer was at the counter and was told you can’t order for 10 minutes cause we need a break.
