this is one dirty restaurant. filthy inside and out.
I was at the Cherry Road Wendy's Friday 4/01 and after waiting in the drive thru for a very long time, when I got my food, I was very disappointed. I ordered the $5 bag and the only thing that was good was the drink!! I ordered the burger with no Pickles or ketchup and both were on the burger. The burger, fries and chicken nuggets were barely warm, almost room temperature. The drive-thru service is fast even with multiple cars waiting. However, a customer was disappointed with the half-full cups of chili received. While the food quality was good overall, one cashier named Antoine was described as disrespectful and rude, showing impatience and bad attitude towards customers. Despite the cashier's behavior, the food quality and service at this Wendy's location are generally well-received.
