They turn off all the lights as if they’re closed at 8:00 pm, I’ve come to this Wendy’s now 3 times. The workers are outside, all the lights are off. I guess them actually answering the drive through is a plus, and appreciated.

My wife and I both ordered grilled chicken wraps, and they were some of the most offensive fast food items I've ever ordered. The chicken was rock hard and dryer than some of the worst beef jerky I've ever had, and the wraps came with no lettuce and only one had cheese. I can only assume the chicken was overcooked at least 8 hours before we ordered it. The fries were cold and tasted like old cooking oil. We will both be lucky if we don't get food poisoning. I will never be back to this location.

This is the worst Wendy's in Rock Hill... And I thought the one by Heckle Blvd was bad... We have been to this Wendy's 3 times. No one is ever at the window during late night hours, even though the store is open. The one time we did get food from here the order was all wrong. Who ever does the hiring here, needs to hire an entirely new crew, these guys are awful.

I just went to this Wendy's for the first time. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!. I Ordered and combo and two other things. They for got my fries so I had to go back. When I went in to get them, not only did they give me cold fries, but she said it's not a big deal it's just fries. IT IS A BIG DEAL. I HAD TO LEAVE MY JOB AGAIN TO GET WHAT THEY FORGOT. But by the time I got back my other food way cold.!!!!!! You had one job and you can't do it right.

I do not like to leave negative reviews but this store has a lot of improving to do, and that’s putting it lightly. I just can not believe how unprofessional, unconcerned, and immature this staff has presented itself to the public. We pulled up to the drive thru and they asked for our order. We placed the order and waited a couple of minutes, anticipating that someone would respond…finally they came back on the speaker asking impatiently “What was the combo? What was the combo?”…and then laughed so loudly and abruptly that we thought it was some ridiculous joke. We repeated the order and then drove to the window. These people were up there hanging out, no customer service skills whatsoever and we were so frustrated. No kind of “sorry for the wait”…nothing. Then we ordered sauce that we did not get and we paid for it. It was 9pm and we pulled back up to go inside to ask for the sauce but the doors were locked. Once again, I look inside and they are in there hanging out and chilling. By this time, I am extra upset. We tried to go back through the drive thru but some big truck was parked there between both windows. We just left the place. We had really had it by then. These employees were Literally Playing in our faces. I am so over this location. I see why all of these negative reviews are on Google for them because it’s all true. This is ridiculous and it does not seem that any management are on here trying to see what people are saying about their store to even respond and correct the damage. Playing in my face and playing with my money is not cool and I hope they either upgrade their skills and customer service or shut this store down for good. SMH what a waste of the consumer’s time and money. So word to the wise; don’t even waste your time.

Wendy's got a ?! That Cobb salad is the closest to Chick-fil-A I've tasted. I didn't eat Wendy's until it got cold and I go get the chili but that salad is good
