If I could give a 0 rating, I would in a minute! This place is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. We waited over 40 minutes for our order. When receiving our order, we had to ask for cups, napkins and 2 missing items from our order. The customer service is absolutely terrible as well. They were out of a ton of drink options in the machine. Also, not clean at all! No tables were clean and the bathrooms were awful! There were flies all in the restaurant. DO NOT GO HERE! The owner needs to make some changes or just shut down!

Was there on yesterday around 9ish and their were 2 ladies dressed in the same shirt managers I assume and I witnessed 1 of the managers questioning the other manager about whose shift or something simply because of what I witnessed one of the managers called and employee to the side and asked him to put his phone away and I was like wow she was telling the young guy right 🤦🏾🤦🏾

Do not use the drive thru at this Wendy’s. 38 minutes to get my order. When I finally got to the window, sat there for 5 minutes and then was told to pull up and park until my order was ready. When I finally got my order fries were cold, burnt, and way too crunchy.
This way a mobile order on the app 15 minutes before I got to the restaurant.

Poor service if you go inside. Seems they only want to serve the drive thru. The drive thru probably isn't much better.

Waiting an hour for our food. 6 people working and no one could figure out how to give me a refund. Multiple people walked out before us. Kitchen was smoking from the grill and staff was not concerned at all.
Sat in line for 10 mins to be told they were not taking anymore orders at the moment. They just need to shut this place down.
We waited in line 10 mins and then waited for our food for 25 min. My husband went in for a refund because we were running late for our scheduled thing we had. Horrible experience.

The worst service of any restaurant I've ever been to. Rude and slow. The third time I've been here. Same results. Save yourself a trip and go to any other place on this strip. Manager needs some training.

I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered food from a long day and they gave me a chicken sandwich that is raw in the middle. I tried calling them to tell them and they don’t even pick up.

Manager needs retrained and new staff. This location lost a minimum of 11 cars while I waited in line! Slow results meant massive drive offs. I ordered a second order inside because order was wrong. Wasn't going to fight over it. Owner get your butt in this location. Dave be so pissed
No sauce that we ordered. Forgot a medium fry. Wrong drinks. Yes that’s the LAST time i do wendy’s. I stopped ordering years ago and now i remember why. fix this terrible resturant

Might change this but yall really need to look into hiring new management and workers here. How am I going to wait for the door dash for 15 minutes at the window for me to have to walk in and get yelled at by the workers from their car saying they'll be in in a second?? Then when they walk in no food had been made noone is even inside, and they all walk in smelling like Marijuana. Not professional at all and now I have to wait for them to make the food while the entirety of this Wendy's smells like POT?! What a disgrace. No better than the one that got SHUT DOWN off of Dave Lyle. I would bet money they just relocated to have this sucky service repeatedly... I would say I'm disappointed but unfortunately this is what fast food has come down to. Do better.
