I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have been here about 3 times in the year and a half and every single Time I’ve been so disappointed. Not only is the food always wrong or missing items they only take one order every 10 minutes and even if you’re the only one in line you will be asked to pull up and they will bring it out. Well as you can imagine that takes another 15-30 min. Unfortunately this place has 3 strikes from me and I will never be back. With this service I’m not sure how they even stay open. Hopefully something replaces it sooner rather than later.

The little white manager lady came out yelling at her workers while they were swamped and proceeded to return to the back and let them struggle. Who be hiring these managers?

They were very busy for lunch today and it took quite a while to get my order. However, my order was correct, hot and tasted great, and the employees were very friendly and apologetic about the delays. I work in food service so I understand the struggle of being understaffed, but they were so kind about the situation they were in!

This is not fast food. It took over 20 minutes just to place the order and we were the only ones in the drive thru line. After placing the order, we weee asked to wait by the sign to receive our food which also took a very long time to deliver.
I can only hope that the food wasn’t messed with as well.
Highly recommend you go to the Popeyes next door.

Got a freshly cooked chicken sandwich and the chicken wasn't done. Gave my child salmonella poisoning
Absolutely do not go here. Order was wrong, staff doesn't care about anything, completely lazy. Waited 20min for cold food and half the order missing. They might as well close this location.

1406 E. Main Street, Rockhill, SC. Waited 7 minutes at the order station. The employees smoke cigarettes outside next to the entry doors. I wound up just leaving without them taking my order. This has happend twice now and I will not be coming back. This has to be one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.
