Some reviews state that they are understaffed and quality is bad, they must be going at peak times bc I've not had this issue at this location. We usually go occasionally amfor dinner around 6 or 7pm and I've never waited longer than 5 minutes, I've had friendly employees and my order is always correct.

Rudest individual I’ve ever experienced in a drive through in my entire life. We were literally the only people in the entire line, and she got our order wrong. So we kindly asked her to fix it and she wouldn’t. She wouldn’t give us a receipt and completely ignored us with the service window open. This place doesn’t deserve anyone’s business. We genuinely didn’t receive the food we paid for even after we asked to a third time. First and last time eating there.

I'm glad this is an option for some decent quality gast food on this side of town. The Wendy's on 901 had slipped on their quality due to poor management, so it's refreshing to have Wendy's back as an option that actually does decent quality fast. Standard food, nothing to write home about. Customer service was great and everyone was friendly, would return.
Parking: Parking lot isn't massive, but plenty of shared parking with the strip mall behind the business that you could use.
Placed a mobile order here. Pulled in drive thru and got the automated “hello. Will you be using your mobile rewards today?” Then nothing. Sat there 15 minutes. Pulled to the window. You could see they were open but no one ever came to the window. Said manager on duty was Rick Neira. Went to the door and the door was locked, but there was an employee roaming around looking lost. And then when they finally saw me, they just started running their hand in front of their throat like nope we’re closed. But all of the screens were on inside and outside. The lights were on.

I stopped at this location last night seeing that it was a new location. I was the only person in the drive thru line at the time and still had to wait over 5 minutes for my order to come out. Once my (simple) order came out, I opened the bag and sandwich — it was the wrong order without the drink. She then brings the drink out (also wrong drink). At this point I don’t want my order fixed (or spit in) so I asked for a refund inside. I sat the bag on the counter — listen, the same girl brings the bag I opened and sandwich I touched outside to the next customer. Never again! Do better, if you don’t like customer service, fast food, have good listening skills, patience to work with the public — stop working in the industry.

Ordered on-line to save time, order wasn’t start until I got there. Half of the items they didn’t have and said we needed to come back the next day for them since we paid on-line. Then they missed part of the order, after I specifically ask if they added those items in the bag.

Been a frequent flier since they opened. This establishment does get busy when it’s my lunch, and I’ve waited for a little bit (always within reason) during rush hour. Everyone is always busy and nice. Today I found a new FAV….. apple pecan salad …… so good. Here, just take my money.

The service was fast today,however my chicken nuggets and fried were definitely made in old grease. As soon as you bite in to them it taste weird. Do not reccomend this place.
