Ordered takeout and when I got there I was only given half my order. I had to let someone know this wasn’t all I ordered to get the rest. No receipt on the bags. Got home with the food and noticed all the wing sauces I ordered weren’t on the side. Called the restaurant repeatedly but kept getting the busy signals. Went back to the restaurant and let them know about the sauces missing. I was given the wrong sauce and had to ask for the right ones. Went home to eat our cold food and it was horrible. The chicken was super hard and dry. One piece of chicken had green plastic melted into it. The tots were super soggy and oily. Never had a bad experience here but tonight was absolutely horrible.

I ordered a chicken finger plate with fries and they pored so much seasoning on the food. They had to go all the way back over there to get another order. I don’t know why they would think that was ok. No sincere apologies just a bring it back that’s all we can do.

This is so upsetting, how does this place managed to serve RAW fries. I don’t recommend coming to this location it’s new and already suck. Stick to the other location next to Winthrop.

I walked in to place a take out order, drove home, and after opening my food, the order was WRONG!! I ordered all flats and cooked extra well and DID NOT get that, additionally, I added a 15% tip!! I called and was told I'd have to drive back to have my order corrected. I'll never go back!!!!

I ordered a chef salad with hot and honey bites on top of the salad, carryout, when I got home all the sauce had went thru the salad and toppings, the salad was wet from the chicken. I called back to advise and the manager said it was her fault not to communicate as far as placing the bites in another container as this was my first time purchasing this salad. She said she even though it was not communicated to me, she could not offer a free meal or any percentage off. Wow! I've ate inside this restaurant many times, their food is delicious andthe ladies at the front are very nice, however, I will not return!!!!
Wing Bonz at Manchester is great. They remember what I order and they know me by name. Great customer service!!!

Ordered takeout. The lady who answered the phone was very polite. If I hadn't eaten at the Oakland location I probably wouldn't have complaints. The chicken tenders are about half the size (as oakland) & are the same price. I ordered a different item than I usually do, chef salad with shrimp & no ham or turkey, and the shrimps are very small. Overall it's an okay experience but I definitely prefer oakland location.
