Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation. I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me. I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude. Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.
for the North Myrtle Beach location. We went in last night trying to pick food up for the kids. First off the store was filthy. The tables were nasty and the drink counter was soggy and full of garbage. We waited for our food for 40 minutes and still wasn't ready. So we asked for a refund and the manager refused! She said she was too busy with inventory to worry about giving us a refund. I told her we had been waiting near an hour and we needed to get the refund so we can leave. She said nope and if we wanted it we would have to wait longer and she WALKED AWAY!!!! Are you kidding me ?... never had it ever seen such poor management skills .... and I would know I am a manager in a retail store. We kept sending her employees to go retrieve her and she refused to come out. It would have taken all of 2 minutes or less to issue the refund and move on. After constant back and forth she finally came out and gave us the refund but by this time it was well over an hour. I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!! I dont see how they can stay in business. That woman has no business being in charge of anything.
Picked up my online order not too long ago. Ranch was spilled all over inside the bag.I asked for a new bag & ranch. It was very difficult for employees to bag it up the correct way.
Gave our food to someone else. Made us wait two hours. Bad.
Fire the whole staff fr! Ordered online and still had to wait over 10 minutes. I knew I should’ve checked my food! Got home no extra seasoning like I asked for and no ranch. Stopped going to this location for months and they still have simple minded folk working there! They need to go back through customer service training. It really be your own ppl. Do better!
We ordered Doordash, and the wings were very good. The bbq wings and garlic parmesan were well cooked and not greasy. Fries were okay, too. Packaging was good. I liked everything, was sealed and neatly packed. Based on one Doordash delivery 5/27 at 7pm.
From start to finish this was the worst service. We ordered the 100 wing meal package and it was not ready on time, 25 wings were missing, fries left open in the bag, ranch cups busted everywhere when we got to our destination. When I called to speak to the manager I was left on hold for 30 min and no one ever picked up. The same thing happened the next day when I called. I also requested a phone call through my order review and never received one.

This place was trashed. Looked like a teenager's bedroom threw up inside the restaurant. Drink machine was out of nearly everything. Staff greeted me and quickly went to ignoring me. I had ordered online bc I was on lunch break. They asked my name but weren't listening when I responded. I left it alone and waited patiently outside until I noticed several other people who came in after me leaving and I returned to the counter to tell them my name again, only to find out that my food was sitting with the door dash orders and was already ready. By time I returned to work I had cold food and barely anytime to eat. I can overlook a lot of things but the overall perception that customers don't matter in a customer service business isn't one of them. This was part of a deal for a dollar special and I still paid too much
rude workers! Slow service! Dirty! throw the whole store away at this point

to whomever reads this DONT EAT FOOD FROM STORE #2838 BECAUSE THEIR STAFF IS RUDE, IGNORANT AND THEY DON'T TAKE THE NECESSARY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ON SERVICE OR WHEN THEY PREPARE THEIR FOOD AND THE STAFF DON'T SHOW ANY REPSECT FOR PEOPLE'S ORDERS OR THEIR TIME THEY WAITED FOR THEIR FOOD. ALSO MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE BECAUSE WHEN ASKED FOR HE IS HIDDEN AWAY OR ON THE PHONE TEXTING AND LETTING WORKERS WALK OFF THE LINE WHILE THEY ARE ALSO AND THE PHONE WHEN THEY SUPPOSE TO BE WORKING ON THE FOOD OR THE REGISTER. I REPEAT DON'T EAT THERE.
Terrible is the best way to describe my experience at this location. My first and last visit was today. Had a door dash delivery that took over an hour for delivery that happened to be someone else’s order so I ended up driving to the store to request a refund only to be told I needed to come back tomorrow when the GM is there. Big waste of time! Long story short, don’t waste your time here, go to Wingbonz.
Do not order from Wing Stop Go to Wing Bonz instead !!!! Placed an order and for some reason can’t get it delivered and their customer service is outsourced and they will hang up so you never can contact the store. Update after waiting for the order they brought the wrong order!
