What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.
Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add
Visited there last Thursday and was greeted by an employee when I entered. The manager came out and began taking care of my order. We had a good conversation and he was very professional with a good attitude. I selected traditional wings with veggie sticks. The wings came out hot and were so good. I really like the veggie sticks because the are always fresh and crisp. This was a good choice for a meal this day and I enjoyed the visit and great food. 5’s all the way around. Keep up the good work.

Nick was so helpful! He prepared a 250 piece chicken order that someone doordashed. I waited on the order. Super helpful, quick, and courteous! Definitely will be back!!!

Placed an order online. More than half our order was wrong. Called the store and was put on hold for over 15 mins after being on hold! Never again! Pass on this location, they are too busy dancing to their music than working and getting orders right.

Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation. I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me. I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude. Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.
for the North Myrtle Beach location. We went in last night trying to pick food up for the kids. First off the store was filthy. The tables were nasty and the drink counter was soggy and full of garbage. We waited for our food for 40 minutes and still wasn't ready. So we asked for a refund and the manager refused! She said she was too busy with inventory to worry about giving us a refund. I told her we had been waiting near an hour and we needed to get the refund so we can leave. She said nope and if we wanted it we would have to wait longer and she WALKED AWAY!!!! Are you kidding me ?... never had it ever seen such poor management skills .... and I would know I am a manager in a retail store. We kept sending her employees to go retrieve her and she refused to come out. It would have taken all of 2 minutes or less to issue the refund and move on. After constant back and forth she finally came out and gave us the refund but by this time it was well over an hour. I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!! I dont see how they can stay in business. That woman has no business being in charge of anything.
Picked up my online order not too long ago. Ranch was spilled all over inside the bag.I asked for a new bag & ranch. It was very difficult for employees to bag it up the correct way.
Gave our food to someone else. Made us wait two hours. Bad.
