My order took at least 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Hardly any drinks were working. The employees were not calling orders out. When I finally got my order and drove 45 minutes home we had only 2 orders of chicken tenders we ordered 4 combos and no fries were in the bag. Horrible service

I was very surprised how much it changed since the day they opened I ordered there couple time was pretty good. Until almost 2 years later I was shocked how bad it changed. Everytime I went there for door dash it literally took 20-30 minutes to finally pick up. Apparently I can think of they need a bigger kitchen and more staff to handles it since it was 20+ peoples in the building..

The printer ran out of paper so the all of the kitchen staff stood staring at the printer for 30 minutes, wouldn’t do anything until the manager walked in and dropped a new roll of paper and it instantly printed them. They acted like there was literally nothing could have been done. The replacement paper roll was literally next to the printer.

Went to the one on Cherry Road, the doors were locked. Employees were inside. Wouldn’t even acknowledge anyone who can to the door. No sign or anything saying why they were closed. This is poor service! It need to be closed down!

I placed an order for delivery. It has been 2 hours and my doordashed is still waiting to pick up my order. This is the 2nd dasher now. When I requested a refund was told I couldn't get one because my food was being prepared already. If it's been that long why hasn't my order been picked up yet. Will not order from this wingstop again

Ordered my food at 7:35 didn’t get it till 9:04 2 workers walked out and that caused the 3 girls left to talk and play around while the one guy back there did his job with a place full of people waiting on food. Then got my order wrong and had to go back in. Absolutely ridiculous had to pay our babysitter $100 extra because we thought we would be home by 8
