I come to this location all the time and normally they be on it. However, today I came thru the drive thru and my food was not fresh. It tasted as if it was cooked food and had been sitting out and just was warmed. The chicken was not fresh and the fries were soggy. I threw the whole plate away and could not go back because was on lunch.

This location is always fast and efficient. I go through the drive-thru and I never have to wait long. The food is freshly made. The service is excellent. I cannot say enough good things about this location. Keep up the good work!

Food is always great as well as service but my guy Jefferson didn't show any courtesy and wanted to charge me 3bucks for a cup of water what happened to courtesy at the restaurants if it wasn't for the customer there wouldn't be a job for the workers or restaurants really! Water really I'm a diabetic and really needed the water which I did not buy nor get

You see that stack of barbecue sauce there, I had to pay an additional $.75 for them. After buying 2 big zax snacks, 1 chicken finger plate and 2 tacos spending a total of $48. One dipping sauce per plate is what they told me. Come to Zaxbys and enjoy trying to ration dipping sauce. #apocalypsetraining

I’ve lived in Rock Hill for the last three years. This Zaxbys has been a consistent go to spot for me during that time. Staff is always so friendly and they put effort into delivering the meals in a timely manner. I can always count on a good meal from here in the times I need it. Thank you to the staff

Was not pleased with my food. Ordered a 5 piece finger plate. Received 4 little fingers was cold , barely any fries and they were cold. Left off my extra toast. Even the cup of water wasn’t good. Tasted like warm bath water. I hope they address this.

Take out order was wrong... Had no Zack sauce, boneless chicken instead of traditional wings. Tenders IMHO have gotten smaller in size. My order was ready on time, food seemed ok just not as ordered. 30 bucks for two meals and a small salad.
