I stood in line for 5 minutes without being acknowledged! The girl at the counter looked me in my face multiple times without even as much as a hello!

I wanted a water and she said you have to pay for the cup. Okay that’s fine! Then she’s like it’s $3.48! What? For a cup of water? Stupid! Nope!

Many times we have frequented this local Zaxby’s and really have never encountered any problems! Our order is consistent, Kiddie Fingers Meal, sub coleslaw for fries. Tonight we were told, “the Kiddie Fingers meal doesn’t come with slaw”, almost as if we weren’t heard. I repeated the order only to be told, “we don’t sub coleslaw for fries!” I explained that we have done so in the past, but was told, “we can’t do that!” I told the young lady to have a good evening and that Zaxby’s lost good customers! More and more fast food restaurants are forgetting about Customer Service amid their raising prices!

The food was hot but definitely not fresh. The staff ignored me until i asked would someone take my order cause the online ordering is not working. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food. Update now they reply with we glad you enjoyed your experience and im like no i didn't who wants to wait that long for food.

Fast, polite, and helpful.

Ordered through drive thru for the family and they didn’t put half our order in the bags. Didn’t realize it til we got home 25 minutes later. All the food was on the receipt, we just didn’t get it.

Went there yesterday and the day before to get the veggie egg rolls with a side of fries, since I don’t eat meat. Two days in a row my egg rolls were not fresh. They were either cold or burnt. My hard earned money went to waste. Did not enjoy either day of eating from this location.

Service was awesome to Guy at the window was awesome But I do have to say why do yall have a drive through if you're just gonna park somebody I am so glad you handed me my food and didn't make me go park because I would have cussed yall outthis is stupid I will not go park
