Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered through drive thru for the family and they didn’t put half our order in the bags. Didn’t realize it til we got home 25 minutes later. All the food was on the receipt, we just didn’t get it.

Went there yesterday and the day before to get the veggie egg rolls with a side of fries, since I don’t eat meat. Two days in a row my egg rolls were not fresh. They were either cold or burnt. My hard earned money went to waste. Did not enjoy either day of eating from this location.

We hosted Spirit Night for our elementary school and couldn't be more pleased! They decorated with balloons in our school colors as well as a sign welcoming us on each entrance. None of our other Spirit Night partners have gine above and beyond like they did! The staff was so friendly and efficient, plus the food was fresh and delicious. Thank you so much for partnering with us and making us feel so welcome!

The food was good. I got 2 nibbler meals but when it came to coustomer service the people working the front today made me sick when they told me they needed 25 additional cent per zaxs sause and to wait in line to pay after I spent 30 dollars on my meals,, I should be given whatever sause I want no charge. I with very passionate words let them know how I felt. Will not be back

Very disappointed in your advertised pricing structure. I bought a four piece chicken finger plate and asked if they could put the buffalo sauce on it. When I was charged there was an additional $1.80 added for the sauce. I was not told that was an added fee and it states that no where on your menu board. When I asked your manager or at least he said he was (Pedro) he informed me he always charges to add the sauce on the chicken. I asked him to show me where on the menu board does it say there is a charge to do that. He acknowledged it wasn’t posted anywhere but it’s what he always does. He could have at least told me there was an up charge for this beforehand but did not do this either. Very poor business practice and I’ll take my once a week visit elsewhere.

This location is notorious for its high school kids closing the store early. It’s getting OLD.
