Kiddie grilled cheese is my go to typically. They sure dont give ya mu h fries though...says it is weighed out but the company needs to increase the weight based on the price IMO

I wanted a water and she said you have to pay for the cup. Okay thatâs fine! Then sheâs like itâs $3.48! What? For a cup of water? Stupid! Nope!
Many times we have frequented this local Zaxbyâs and really have never encountered any problems! Our order is consistent, Kiddie Fingers Meal, sub coleslaw for fries. Tonight we were told, âthe Kiddie Fingers meal doesnât come with slawâ, almost as if we werenât heard. I repeated the order only to be told, âwe donât sub coleslaw for fries!â I explained that we have done so in the past, but was told, âwe canât do that!â I told the young lady to have a good evening and that Zaxbyâs lost good customers! More and more fast food restaurants are forgetting about Customer Service amid their raising prices!

The food was hot but definitely not fresh. The staff ignored me until i asked would someone take my order cause the online ordering is not working. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food. Update now they reply with we glad you enjoyed your experience and im like no i didn't who wants to wait that long for food.

Fast, polite, and helpful.
Ordered through drive thru for the family and they didnât put half our order in the bags. Didnât realize it til we got home 25 minutes later. All the food was on the receipt, we just didnât get it.
