We stopped by this location to get a quick snack while on a road trip. I got a 4 piece mozzarella stick and a 4 piece mac 'n cheese bites. My partner got a roast beef classic and a 4 piece mac 'n cheese bites. For a quick and filling snack, the price was pretty decent. We paid about $16. We went inside to use the restroom before ordering at the counter. The person who took our order was super nice and patient with us as we tried to figure out what we wanted. Within a few minutes, our food was ready. It felt hot and fresh out of the fryer. The marinara sauce that comes with the mozzarella sticks is sweeter than I like it to be, but that's not this location's fault. The mozzarella sticks were really good! The mac 'n cheese bites were a lot better than I was expecting. I have had their macaroni and cheese before but it was not amazing to me- but I think the macaroni and cheese in the bites are different. They also taste a lot better fried. Overall, this was a quick stop that offered quality food, and I am grateful that they were there!

In a world of horrible, just-off-the highway, I’m dog-tired-and-hungry fast food stops, this one wins. And I mean WINS. Spotlessly clean. Polite, nay, even reverential counter help. A nice, genteel older man was running the show (sorry, not supposed to call out age, but I am old, and we are smart because we’ve been around the block, can opine on such things). I had the impression a firm but kind granddad was instructing the counter help grandson who dared not question his wisdom. It was just a beautiful experience, bumper to bumper. If you gotta stop at that exit, go there. If I lived there I’d go all the time just for the happy lift. Arby’s, all y’all need to learn from this one.

This is where to get a drive thru burger in my opinion.They came recommended by my oldest son.It was hot,I found the beef,And it was made correctly.
The food is good and what you expect from this chain.
However, the staff is poorly managed. Leadership really needs to spend sometime in this location. I had a bad experience the first time, came back again, and had a bad experience again. I won’t visit this location again.
Owners will miss out on business if they can’t get things in order with the staff.

9-9-24 update: These people are a awful joke. It has been months since I contacted them, and still no one has been in touch with me. This place is managed by people who obviously don't give a shit about their customers. I do not recommend anyone to go here; the food sucks and the managers are clowns. What adds insult to injury is the fake bot replying that they reply to their 5-star review but they ignore mine. I am going to the BBB.
8-5-24 Update: These people are halarious. I spent almost $45 with them, submitted a complaint, and requested compensation for a big bag of food that was not the correct temperature or made correctly, and they sent me two cards for one free sandwich each. Obviously, they do not take the time to actually read their reviews, or they would not have only provided accommodation for two measly sandwiches. Arbys company stinks big time in my book now. I expect bad reviews from my employees who did not get to eat lunch that day.
Original Review - I placed an order with you guys for my employees. When we got back to our place of work to eat the food, we came to the sad realization that our food was so cold that the only way we could eat it was if we heated it up. The only problem with that is that we did not have a microwave accessible to us because we were finishing our 16-hour shift working in a hot field 5 minutes from the restaurant that we could not leave once we arrived at. Our food was extremely cold when it was served to us, to the point where the bagger had to be able to feel it. None of the items in our order were edible or quilty enough to be served to the public. I am requesting compensation for my order and experience or a full refund, whether a check or electronic refund. If I do not hear something back on this matter soon, I will have to escalate this issue to the owner. If someone can provide me with an email address, I would be happy to email a copy of the receipt. Once we get this issue fixed, I would be happy to change this review to a 5-star review. I requested a refund online, but they have not responded as of now. I am a traveling businessman, but when I can stop, the food is great.
