This location hired a new manager awhile ago and ever since then the service has been trash. Today, we ordered a kids meal, grilled chicken sandwich, 5 chicken tenders, and some bo bites. The person over the speaker slurred and seemed confused, we were convinced they were drunk. Our kids meal had the wrong side and was missing it's drink, they gave us a fried chicken sandwich instead of grilled, and they charged us for two chicken tender combos on top of what we ordered for absolutely no reason. When we confronted the manager about the wrong food and the overcharging, she just gave us this dumbfounded look and we ended up working with a young male to fix the problem. Last of all, the food was subpar: the bo bites were burnt and the grilled chicken was so dry not even the absurd amount of mayo they put on it could cover it up. I won't be going back to this location until that manager is fired.

Waited 3 minutes before we could order, then waited more than 6 minutes for our 2 steak biscuits. One of the steak biscuits was flat - really, really flat - and it only covered about 1/3 of the piece of steak on the bottom. Don't tell me "nobody wants to work", this store is understaffed just because it doesn't pay enough to get good help!

Just stopped here on our way to the mountains for breakfast. Probably the worst Bojangles we have ever visited. The biscuits were burnt and very thin. Everything was slapped on it. I think the lady putting them together was sick. She had to stop and sneeze thank goodness in her elbow. The girls at the drive thru were handling food with no gloves and handling money also. No one had on gloves except the one putting biscuits together. The drink counter was so dirty!! Never again.

I went through drive-thru, drove the extra time to get to a Bojangles because they have great biscuits. Better than anywhere else. I specifically asked a few times for a little extra butter because the biscuits are on the large side yet they hardly put any butter on it at all. The top inside was just about dry. The bottom was good but the top I ended up throwing most of it away. It was just too dry.

When we got there, there was a worker in the parking lot fighting with someone that I am guessing is a girlfriend. We asked for lemonade instead of the over brewed, souring sweet tea and instead got tea. Then we were asked to move up to the curbside pickup spots and then my boyfriend had to go back inside to get our food. When we got home, the lid was half off of the Cajun pintos, which leaked everywhere, and there was no gravy for the mashed potatoes. When I tried to call the restaurant, of course there was no answer. I would give 0 or even negative stars but that is unfortunately not an option. For the prices charged for substandard service, the least Bojangles could do was get the order right. DO BETTER!!
