I place an order ahead of time for eight meals. The order was hand written and passed down to several people. They got it right but it took a while. Thanks for making the most of a challenging order.

Dec 2025 I dont know why we return. I know better but still try to give them a chance. The gray haired pony tail lady is so belligerent and degrading to her employees yelling at them rather than leading. Never have enough chicken. Spent 50.00 to feel like we are an absolute burden coming to patronize their establishment. She yells at them askingnif we are eating there or leaving.. if your going to yell you probably shouldnt be in customer service industry.
This location constantly has issues with supply of items, time and efficiency to make their orders. They dropped our family pack box , and didnt even rinse off the drink jugs, they were covered in coleslaw. The lady who put them together was angry and rude. Perhaps a service job is not the job for her. No good morning, greeting or acknowledgement. Just anger and slamming stuff around upon pickup. I often see workers smoking outside and returning straight to work without washing hands etc. Ordered 3 jugs of unsweetened tea and lemonade and they didnt even get one right. After giving them several chances and just thinking they might be having an off day, I've come to the conclusion this is the level of service they are content on supplying. Won't be back. With the cost of food these days and people tightening their wallets, youde think these food establishments would like to encourage continued patronage by atleast offering courteous service and showing some pride in their establishment. I suggest management retrain their employees on workplace hygiene, cleanliness and hospitality.

It took more than 40 minutes for them to get us 2 biscuits for takeout and more than 10 minutes to get the manager Kevin out to get us a refund that they never ended up giving us. The entire time, every staff member is shuffling around as if they don’t know where anything or anyone is - just staring at us while we’re waiting for food they should be making. Some of the worst customer service in fast food we’ve ever encountered because they don’t take accountability for anything. Give your dollars to the Arby’s next door and don’t waste your time here.
A dead cockroach greeted us at the door as we walked out and that topped off the terrible experience. So, 5 out of 5 on both a disgusting and terrible experience!!

We stopped at this location for a quick grab-and-go bite in the car while traveling. The food was fast, fresh and some of the best we've had at a Bojangles. The only negative would be the portion size for the cost.

It's fast food. One order at a time seemed to be confusing for them.
Food was good, workers friendly. The drawback was lack of cleanliness. Table was sticky, and floors in bad need of vacuuming and mopping in both the dining room and restroom. Hand soap dispenser in ladies restroom was empty. This restaurant would be really nice if only it was clean.
