Slowest, rudest drive thru. . . Every. Single. Time. Management needs to get a handle on their customer service before they lose their customer base.

Waited in drive through for coffee in the morning on the way to work. They took the order of 2 cars in front of us, then after waiting for almost 10 minutes at the speaker box they finally said they weren't doing anymore drive through orders and I'd have to go inside. Shows a lack of respect for people's time, they could have said that long before the time they did or come put a sign up drive through is closed.

Went sky high on a simple wing dinner over $9.50! Also Cajun filet biscuit had been cooked for quite a while! Not a good experience!!!

This place consistently has the slowest drive thru I have ever been to. They make you wait for several minutes at the speaker, there is only one drive thru window open and when you speak into the microphone too soon you get snapped at to wait a minute. Today I just gave up and left along with car behind me. I will not be going back to this location!

Service was TRASH to say the least! We stopped here for breakfast and the older lady was rude upon saying "what do you want.." then taking the order w an attitude talking to staff thru the mic while ignoring us not finishing our order and when we pulled around to ask for corporate number and her name was told "we're not giving it to you!" By a degenerate! If I could give them "0" stars I definitely would! Will not be spending my money here ever and DEFINITELY will file a complaint!

The drive thru staff was rude. The order wasn't complete. We Waited over 20 minutes in parking lot ..spouse went inside and they hadn't even started our order, we was missing food. Our drinks were overfilled and were covered in dr.pepper which resulted in drink spilling all in our vehicle. Seems like they were understaffed possibly. Either way the service was not great at all. Will definitely opt for Bojangles in Duncan next time.
Management is so rude. Needs to learn how to talk to customer. Not our fault your short staffed. Will not be going back.

I ordered my food and it took like 5 minutes before they ssked to have them make it . The guy making wasnt wearing gloves if i didnt already pay and waited for them to start making it i would have walked out. I went back in again today and ordered 4 steak biscuits . They had like 8 ppl working and waited 15 to 20 minutes no biscuits . I finally asked for money back they then said your buscuits are ready i said nope i want my money .

Pretty good biscuits. First time there. I tried the steak, egg & cheese, and my other half tried the Cajun chicken one. It has a typical fast food atmosphere and service, but the biscuits were better than the competition! ??
The staff seemed to be more interested in playing on the microphone. The chicken didn't have much flavor. Not as expected as everyone that I talked to said good things.
