Hit or miss. Sometimes you’re in & out and other times it takes 15 minutes with just a single person ahead of you. Food is always good.

Terrible, order is wrong almost every time we come here. We are always asked to pull forward. Never given the sauces that we ask for at the window. Everything fried taste like a salt lick and is way overdone 9 times out of 10.
Staff seems lazy and annoyed that they have a customer. This was supposed to be a BLT Chicken Sandwich Meal. Umm, no bacon, lettuce, tomato...wow. Im so tired of consistently bad food from here.

Got home with a chicken sandwich and fries for a total of 10.66 chicken was as hard as a rock inedible and I got a large fry that was more like a small anywhere else. Called got the manager no I'm sorry!! She said save your food and your receipt and you can bring it back for a refund! How about I'm sorry, please come back and I will have. A replacement ready for you!!!

DO NOT go here if you have anything to do. It takes 28 minutes to get 1 sausage buscuit and a bacon egg and cheese and then you get home to find out they forgot the sausage on your sausage buscuit.

I think it really is management's fault. Seems to me this Hardee's is understaffed. I waited over 20 mins to order breakfast and after ordering food I had to wait an additional 20 mins just for "fast food breakfast" I hope upper management can solve this delay and have more workers who will efficiently serve their customers.

Staff was rude, and got our order wrong. They forgot napkins and a fork. Took 20 min just to get 2 simple items. Then it was another 10 min waiting to get a fork and napkins they they forgot. This place needs to get better and hardworking workers.

Pulled up to drive thru about 2 weeks ago.. mind you it was closing time. We didn't think they were open but there was a car at the window..it's 3 mins til close (I totally get that) what I don't get is .. guy asks if we'd like to try the "new " whatever large with a whatever. My husband orders 2 original bags. Both with 2 double cheeseburgers and dr.peppers...easy. we was going to share one and give other to my mil and niece. Then there's silence for a min or 2. A loud semi truck going by on 221. But you could just make out what the employee said. ..my husband waited few seconds let the truck get on by, and asked "I'm sorry could you repeat that" And with a sorry not sorry tone..we hear just these words only again."we're closed" no apology..no nothing
And I'd really truly felt like, if you'd said it same wAy before you took my order I'd been super understanding. But to take my Order ...and then be like... Oh, no, get lost. I was mad af. But bk took our order and with the extremely long waits, being closed in middle. Of day, and witnessing unprofessional language and behavior while on those long waits times from the staff, also pulling us up to not bring the mayo I asked for at the window. And leaving out items on multiple occasions. I'm surprised anyone still goes here.. we decided that night that we will not be back. For biscuits or closed.
