To the nice lady that thought it was smart to pop your big head out enough to tell my husband that your to damn busy to help him after he already was standing there for 10 mins waiting on your hard working butt to come do your dang job. This is why I won't vote for higher medium wage.

* After seeing my post an employee reached out and offered to remake my food for free. Offered an apology which I accepted.

“So I’ve had bad experiences with almost every subway I’ve been to but this is the first time I’ve ordered a $13 “FOOTLONG” flat bread Sandwich and they rolled it like a wrap and only put half the ingredients in it so it basically a 6inch. Even told them and they said that’s how they do flat bread now….I don’t think that’s right….y’all gotta do better I feel cheated and definitely still gonna be hungry after this expensive 6” I just got….I won’t be back to another subway I’ll just make my own at home for a third of the price”

Service wasnt very friendly. The one server had a scowl on her face made like she didn't want to be there. When I said I was a senior for senior discount she looked at us as if we were crazy and very rudely said "we don't do that" didnt say have a nice day or anything. I understand being at a gas station you see alot of traffic, we has travelers are stopping to take a break and do not need to be subject to rude service.

They don't care about people and just serve you the squishy tomatoes and brown lettuce when you spend $60 had the good ones sitting there couldn't even put it on my sandwich none of the food was covered when we walked up no food was being made

When you order your sandwich through the app and it gives the people a list to follow it shouldn't be that hard right. When someone can't eat cheese bc of allergens and they say no cheese why put cheese on the sandwich you have list follow it. This is not the first time.

I've always found the sandwiches to be both tasty and reasonably priced. What sets this place apart for me is the service I have seen. From going the extra mile for their customer to the way I have seen them handle an irate (and very unreasonable) customer who was using abusive language, threats and vulgarity that I will not repeat here. The young lady, I believe her name is Kadence, handled the situation with the composure and professionalism I would expect from a grown adult. Afterwards, she served every remaining customer with a smile and a great attitude. I was truly impressed. Given how she handled such a situation, I am even more confident in taking home their sandwiches to my family. Props to you young lady and congratulations to Subway for a great find for your staff.

If you are on the road and need gas and food in thr same stop, then thus could be the subway for you. Staff was VERY busy and seemed short staffed at that. They were doing there best. Was clean and organized. Didn't feel any off highway ramp safety issues. There is a traffic light that makes getting back to the interstate easier.

Vegetarian options: My wife likes the veggie sub

Parking: Location was very busy and as a result parking lot was pretty full.

No hello, or I will be right with you, smile… nothing. I did hear a lord sigh while I waited to place my order. Associate seemed very unhappy to serve me. It’s 9:10pm so not closing for a little while. I just worked a12 hour shift and went to a group. Just expect pleasant service. Just be nice.
