Uncle Berto's is one of my and my husband favorite restaurant. I'm happy you went out your way to take care of us when you didn't have to. Again thank you. We will be returning and letting everyone know you really take care of your customers. We do appreciate it. ❤️
I am so disappointed, I went to there today got 2 super burritos got home and half of the ingredients of the burritos were missing. No refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce. I got a small amount of meat, rice and some cheese, onions and cilantro. The prepares they had today need to be trained better. This is the 1st time I've been disappointed with this restaurant. When I pay $32. and some change for 2 super burritos I expect to get what I pay for. Not a taco bell burritos. Same on y'all.

The location seemed very authentic. The food tasted very good, but seemed expensive. The burritos are about a foot long. There is a nice salsa bar if you are eating at the restaurant. It was my first time visiting, and I don't speak Spanish, so I felt a bit like an outsider. Overall I was happy with the food, but probably won't be back because of the prices.

My husband & I normally eat at this restaurant at least once a week, sometimes twice a week & the food and service is normally great. But yesterday when I went in to order food I had a totally different experience. The young lady that took my order was extremely RUDE. I didn’t get a hello or hi when getting ready to place my order, she just stood there looking at me. So I placed my order, paid $49 for 5 tacos & 3 Mexican corns. She didn’t say Thank you, she didn’t tell me it would be a few minutes for my order to be ready & nor did she give me a receipt. So I stood there waiting for a receipt, 3 men walk in ( Mexican) she grabs a handheld device walks over to them smiling ear to ear to take their order. As she’s laughing & talking with them I’m still standing there waiting on her to give me a receipt. After she took the 2nd’s man order I looked at her & said “ I need a receipt” she looked at me , rolled her eyes, printed off a receipt & gave it to me with an attitude. I said thank you & she just looked at me and said nothing in return. I then asked her why she was being so rude to me & she looked at me & shrugged her shoulders with a smirk on her face. I told her she had a bad attitude, she looked at me, smiled & said “ sorry” in a sarcastic tone. UNCLE BERTO YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER! My dollars are spent where they are appreciated. Please help that young lady adjust her attitude before you loose more customers.
