Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I had 5 wings more bone than meat. Had to dip my own wings. Very disappointed.

The Roebuck location is horrible. My husband just got home with a takeout order of the Asian Zing Zalad that looked like it had already been half eaten since there waa hardly any chicken and the rest of it was wilted and gross. I threw it right in the trash. His order of wings & things was missing the sauces and the wings needed to be cooked longer. Really disappointed but not surprised. For what you pay for food now the least these places could do it get the order right but that would require a little effort. It's just not that hard.

How you say you nir taking. Ok others at 8:15 because your manager having an allergic to something. Yet your dining room is slammed.

Bathrooms were nasty smelled like wiz I could see food on the floor behind the counter. Service was great though. Food was typical fast food chicken ….meh

The girl working the drive thru tonight told me I was, “very beautiful”! She was so sincere about it, even though I am just a regular, tired looking mom. It was so sweet and made my night!

Went through drive thru to place my order the same way I do every time and the girl basically told me I couldn’t order my food that way and I don’t do fried tenders so I left because I wanted grilled tenders. Have always ordered the loaded fries with grilled tenders and she said I couldn’t didn’t ask a manager or anything just told me have a good day when I said I would go to another one. Who were able to take my order just fine with grill chicken on my loaded fries. Will definitely not be going back to this Zaxbys who doesn’t even offer good customer service.

Quite possibly the cleanest, friendliest, and freshest Zaxbys I've eaten at. If you're passing through on the interstate this is a great rest stop for a hot, fresh meal served my friendly employees. Love the ambience and music too. Plenty of parking. Several gas stations closeby to choose from.

I'm not certain what I did to be bullied by teenagers at the drive thru on 8/31 at 4:23 pm but this is where we are I guess. I ordered my food and my drink and requested that my drink have no ice, he put ice in my drink, so I simply told him I ordered this without ice. So he remade my drink for me put ice in it again, also made it regular sugar when I ordered zero sugar (I am diabetic that could kill me), and then some little brown-haired girl decided to come to the window and say "you are sooooo beautiful I just want you to know that!" As if I couldn't pick up on her sarcasm. If you really don't have the cognative ability to have a normal and measured reaction to being asked to remake a drink without breaking out "I peaked in middle school" level psychological warfare then maybe find another job. I know diaper commercials are always looking for new babies ?

Ben deserves a raise. we had to come back into the store after going through the drive thru. Our ranch was old and moldy. Ben was very sincere and apologetic and fixed the issue immediately. He also told us to check both of them before leaving, verifying that they were both good. Give this man a RAISE!
