just finished eating here, ate inside and my sandwich was cold and i should have taken that as a sign, ate about half of my sandwich and barely made it to my car before i threw up all over the parking lot. terrible food bad service.

This was by far the best Arby’s we have ever been to. I’m traveling from FL to NC to see family and I stopped here with my parents. From the minute we walked in until we left, the atmosphere was amazing. The workers all greeted us when we came in, asked how we were, all with such kindness. The restaurant was very clean and the food was great! Thank you for the excellent service 💗 12/18/25

Went there today for the last time Ordered the fried turkey club combo cashier rung it up as just a sandwich. I told her I wanted the combo she ended up charging me for a drink and fries, which was three dollars more than the combo. I asked her. I didn’t want it like that. She said she couldn’t change it. I told her don’t worry about it wouldn’t come back plus the managers was in the back having a Juneteenth party. Then after she gave me my drink, she charged me for a large and give me a small cup, and I asked her if she said that was a large ball face lie.

My husband and I stopped by on the way back from Orlando Florida going back home to South Boston ,Massachusetts La ‘Keva the manger was awesome and the customer service lined up with employees the employees doing everything good it was like a well oiled working machine.. you have a good manager there at the establishment and she should be recognized.

Ordered on the app for pickup. Ordered 2 combos, a sandwich and two apple pie shakes. Everything was ready in under 10 minutes except for the shakes. The man inside informed us they clean the machine every night so it takes a few minutes first thing in the morning. He was nice and talked and joked with us. Great customer service. He got us our shakes shortly after and even asked us if we had tried them before. When we said no he said they were really good and he wasn’t lying. The Apple pie shakes are very good!! Definitely one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Look forward to going back. Definitely recommend trying out this Arby’s!!
