This place is an absolutely shining star in the middle of a quaint little town. We were traveling through and ran into some terrible weather. Wife and I were both hungry, so in true foodie fashion decided to check what local fair was available. We were so happy to have found this beautiful spot, the decor was comfortable and warm, and we love the esthetics of exposed brick walls. The food was exceptional and our server (Courtney) was attentive, kind, and smiled throughout our dining experience, she was wonderful. Now on to the DRINKS, the bartender (Jesse) was a true mixologist and I had one of the best old fashions I've ever had. He brought the drinks to our table himself, and was very kind and had the warmest demeanor. He invited us back for dinner for an even better experience. We cannot wait to return. Owners, if you see this review, give our regards to your staff, they are the true gems of this establishment.

Came for lunch on a Wednesday at 12:20pm and the place was crowded but very few people had their food. After 20 minutes a waitress came over and told us no matter what we ordered we couldn’t expect our food for over 40 minutes.
We got the message and left. Wish the hostess would have told us that when we arrived. May have been an off day for the restaurant ?

We called to order a stack of burgers and sweet potato fries to go. All delicious: the burgers well seasoned and the sweet potato fries thick and flavorful. We will be back to try more menu items.

Went for a business lunch with 4 people. Great place with a neat vibe and very well done interior. No complaints from the apps (catfish, potstickers, or spicy shrimp). Smash burgers club sandwiches, and Phillies for lunch. Great service!

Found Bistro 221 by Google search while traveling from Florida to Virginia. Service was on point, upon seating we were immediately informed there would be a wait with ordering food due to previous large party. Our meal was good, best sweet potato fries I've had in a long time. Cobb salad was plentiful and grilled cheese with bacon was tasty!

Driving through the area from NJ, made a stop here and my wife and I LOVED it. The food was great and reasonably priced, and the ambiance was amazing. It was obviously the go-to place for the locals, which is always a good sign. But the cherry on top was our server Katie. Amazing service, when we are back in the area we will definitely go there again. Highly recommended!
