Two problems they have never had delivery available for Cinnabon and the store manager Thomas has major issues. Thomas tries to get into it with a lot of customers. It's as if Thomas looks down on everyone. It's sad that a companies worth billions will settle for managers like Thomas. Try if you want to call corporate they don't care no matter how many times you try to deal with the issues with the storemangerThomas. They only care about the bottom dollar and that the location is open. Most of the employees are nice and friendly if you come in when their phones are not as important as you.the best time to go as a local is anytime after 11 pm. The night shift seems to have their stuff together. Most nights There is only one manager at night. I try to avoid it because they give out too much information about their personal life.
Parking: Watch out for the aggressive truck drivers. They don't care if they cut you off. This location has a lot of them.

I wanted coffee shop coffee.This location is located in a Pilot truck stop. With only regular brewed coffees..Please update so this location won't show under the Google maps. For coffee searches since it's the Pilot saleing the coffe

Owner has been getting renovations done and i believe place is improving. As previous review stated., it is well equipped with amenities and has comfortable bed. Carpet was pretty dirty though and some paint touch-ups are still required. Road noise was non-existent but I could hear other guests. We left prior to breakfast but noticed they had a few choices. If you are really on a shoe string budget, you probably won't find better at this price, but I will probably give it a miss.

For the price was good. Older but clean, which is my biggest thing. Good rate...i hate paying high prices for a quick night's sleep and shower. Had all the amenities you need....iron and ironing board, hairdryer, in-room coffee, frig, microwave, ice across the way. Small outdoor swimming pool....don't know if usable since we came in at night. Walls are NOT soundproof though. Could hear someone's plumbing and tv. Quiet otherwise. No road noise. Bed was in good condition and slept fairly well. Man that checked us in was very personable. A couple good restaurants in walking distance. Sufficient parking...had truck and boat. Would stay again.
