Let me tell y’all how big of a Dunkin fan I am. I grew up on it. Well, I just happen to stop through St. George one day traveling and I took one bite out of my most favorite jelly munchkin and thought to myself WOW 😍
You know when you catch restaurants on their best days and the food is just absolutely amazing and you’re lowkey like “oh yea!” Well, this store is like this every single time you visit and I don’t think I could praise this appreciation enough. . I got up early and drove 30 miles from my house to this location because of how great my last two visits were. The manager and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I bought two 25 count munchkin valentine day tins. (I realized I had to go back and get another one because of how amazing it looked, and I knew those munchkins were never gonna make it home for anyone else with me in the car 😆 ). So when I went back inside, I met and spoke with the General manager, I wish I would’ve gotten her name but I promise once you meet her, you will know exactly who I’m talking about. She’s amazing! 🧡
So anyways, I mentioned to her about my daughters tumbler lid getting broke at school the day before and this sweet woman just so luckily happen to have a few extra Lids in the back and she gave me one to fit my daughter‘s cup. I know this is going to absolutely make my daughter’s day like it has mine and I couldn’t thank you all enough! I couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience like I have here at the St. George location..and I will continue to make the drive there just to see my Dunkin friends! Thank you for the donuts, the smiles, and the amazing customer service. 🧡🤍🧡🤍

Please make sure you are checking your food BEFORE you leave. I am so tired of getting home. Almost 30 minutes away just to find that my food is incorrect. I always confirm when I get to the window to pay and look at my receipt. Obviously I need to sit there and actually check it before I leave. Seriously you are asked for a tip when using a card but yet no one is giving a care if you are actually getting what you ordered and paid for. Asked for white cheddar, receipt says it and employee confirmed it. Didn't get white cheddar. Happens way too much at this location. Management needs to address this quality control issue.

I dont think I have ever seen donuts that looked as good as the ones I saw at this dunkind donuts. Coffee was great, and of course had to grab a double chocolate donut because it looked perfect.

They are not very friendly at all. Yes every one is busy but it's your job you represent the company.i went in for a few things my bill was 20. Something. The problem being I got a medium coffee with cream regular that's all. I see them making all these fancy drinks but no coffee about 3 minutes in she says it's coming so wait and then a ten minutes I see the woman that waited on me make a small hot coffee for someone. So I ask what is going on. And I get my know not so hot coffee and a they messed it up. And that's all that was said. I thought that's not very good service at all 10 min for a medium coffee with cream. that Luke warm I do thank Dunkin Donuts is a good company and good product just need trained help. Thank you

Slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Sat in line for 23 minutes. Got to the window and still had to wait another 5 minutes for my sourdough sandwich. Bread wasn’t toasted. Bacon was soggy. Really feel like everyone working was struggling to be there.
