Really nice Dunkin Donuts location..new, clean and they had my favorite donut the Apple and Spice and the donuts were super fresh and not stiff like they've been sitting on a shelf for hours.

I would give this place 0 stars if I can. First ever bad experience at any Dunkin’ shop! Most unhelpful and rude staff just for a quick plain cup of coffee. I ordered two plain coffees and it was cold despite requesting for making it hot before ordering. The staff left it on counter and refused to make it warm or hot or even refund. I would avoid this shop for bad staff.

This is one of the better Dunkin' Donuts locations I've visited. The bathroom was clean—I'd rate it 4 out of 5 stars. They had a wide selection of donuts, and the dine-in area was tidy and well-maintained.
We interacted with two staff members during our visit. One of them briefly scratched the bottom of her mouth with a gloved hand. I politely asked if she could change her gloves before handling the food, and she did so without hesitation, which I appreciated.
The staff member who took our order showed patience as the individuals with autism in our group placed their orders. While she didn’t come across as particularly warm or friendly, her calm and neutral demeanor may have actually helped the situation. Sometimes, individuals with autism can be overwhelmed by expressive facial cues, so her composed approach worked well in this context.
