This place had the nastiest bathroom I have ever been in at a McDonald's. The Texaco is cleaner. They were busy, but no excuse for that. Had to wait 20 mins to order and get food. Which wasn't that great to begin with.

Literally served us a raw chicken sandwich. We got back in the car after waiting over 20 mins for my husband to bite into his sandwich and find it literally raw. Staff were incredibly rude and ignored customers.

You can’t be next to a truck stop and close up your dining room.
But in your defense, doing the truck drivers a favor by forcing them to find better food options such as Skynryds down the road which is where I ended up.

Please shut this place down ! They have so much staff but work extremely slow, unprofessional, rude, and unclean atmosphere. Do not buy from here. They also forget parts of the order in the bag and purposely pour a boat load of salt on the fries.

I was just at Mc Donald's I ordered 4 sandwiches and to fries. It took 15 minutes.there were 9 people working most of them standing around talking. My food was a mess sandwiches not put together sideways falling apart condiments a mess. The were rapped terrible and thrown in bag. I ordered and paid for it without using the washer which you think would save them time. The bag was thrown up on the shelf and couldn't hear the number called out. I live in saint George . Sometimes there not to bad but lately it's been bad bad service.

I waited in the drive-through for an extended period of approximately 30 minutes, attempting to place an order. Regrettably, during this time, no staff member acknowledged my presence or provided any information regarding the delay. This lack of communication and professionalism was concerning and requires immediate attention.

this place is horrible!! their service sucks and their employees are so rude!! I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes abd didn't even move at all, went inside and never got my order even though I paid for it!! and they have their phones on Do Not Disturb so you can't call them!!!
