I would not even give this McDonald's one star but there's no choice for zero Stars. I ordered two Big Mac meals and a chicken McNugget meal. When I got home I had one Big Mac meal and chicken McNuggets only. I called the phone number and the recording tells me there's no one to answer the phone. So no this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and will never go back!

At 10:30am, I drove up to breakfast menu and ordered sausage McGriddle and large sweet tea. The clerk quickly switched the menu and said breakfast was over. If your breakfast menu is on display when I arrive to order, you should serve the breakfast items I ordered! And McDonald's is wondering why sales are down! Sure their prices are higher but perhaps rudeness is also the cause! I ordered a large sweet tea, paid $3.10, received my tea but no receipt! This happened at McDonald's in St. George, SC.

That have ROACHES crawling up the walls, on the table, and on the floors. Just disgusting, you can tell they don’t clean in there. Floor full of crumbs just nasty, stay clear from that place! Requested a refund management needs to do better! I know they have District Manager's for this McDonald’s chain, visit your stores please. Unacceptable!!!

I hate to do this but I stopped here on my way home from my road trip……Let me just say the workers are willing to argue with the customers! I mentioned to the worker that there was a homeless guy at the drink fountain and ask if they were going to sanitize it before others use it and he thought it was ok to get in a back and forth argument with me!! Very unprofessional!! I have nothing against the homeless but they need to pay close attention to who just walks in and uses those drinking fountain as to not spread and contact illnesses..I.E. C auris, C- Diff etc. just a word of advice!!

This is the worst McDonald's I have been to in a long time, they spent more time talking to their friends than serving food in which the food is one of the only positive things I can say about this place, it was like the average McDonald's food you'd expect, now talking about customers and the service they had nobody on the registers and if u were paying with cash you had to wait several minutes for help, and there was a group of around 8 teenagers jumping around yelling throwing there hats only 3 of them had food it was annoying all the customers trying to eat and there was this really nice old man sitting behind them trying to enjoy his meal but he couldn't because they were so loud and disruptive, the only thing I can say is the lady at the front counter that took my money and gave me my food was super nice and was trying to actually do her job unlike most of her co-workers, even she looked annoyed by her co-workers and their friends. All in all, it was a terrible experience.

I hate leaving negative reviews but…We stopped on the way back from vacation. We got in the drive thru line but after several minutes we got out because the line never moved. I went inside. I ordered from the kiosk but the girl at the register was doing nothing. There is zero order, people standing at the counter waiting blocking the people who’s food was ready. There definitely needs to be something in place. My biggest issue was the food. We pulled out on got in the highway and I opened the bag. My quarter pounder with cheese patty was burnt as was my husbands burger. Mine was dry, terribly dry. He ate 2 bites and tossed his and I gave it 3 bites before mine went into the trash. Fries were good and tea was good. Just a waste of money. I hate leaving negative reviews. But these burgers were baaaaddd.
