I’m writing this review straight from the subway because this was, hands down, the worst Subway experience we’ve ever had. While we were in line, a woman named K (who claimed to be the manager and had pink hair) suddenly yelled at my 11-year-old son, accusing him of peeling a sticker off the glass. We were completely shocked, the sticker was already peeling from all corners, and my son didn’t even have his hand on the glass. He calmly said, “I didn’t do anything, my hand was in the air,” but she continued to raise her voice.

It was hard to believe she was the manager, but that’s what she claimed. Her behavior was unprofessional and completely unnecessary.

As for the food, the vegetables looked wilted and unappetizing, and they barely added any to the sandwich. When we asked to have the flatbread toasted with cheese (which is standard at most other locations), she refused, saying it would make it harder to fold. Honestly, the whole experience was unpleasant and disappointing.

This employee needs serious training in customer service or perhaps some time off. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

Once again, paid extra for double meat but God forbid if your not standing on top of them they give you what they want. Try and call them straight to voicemail. Do better!

Subway has become a piece of garbage. Low quality ingredients, and to top it off they leave you empty bread. You have to buy 2 sandwiches to feel satisfied. They are not very hot and there are things missing from the menu.

We stopped in on our way to Florida for gas and lunch. The two ladies working that day were Cici and Courtney (the manager). These ladies were amazing and made us feel like we were guests in their restaurant and not eating at a gas station. Thanks Cici and Courtney for making us feel like family!

Shamya was one of the rudest people I have ever met. We came in to get subs and she was sitting down eating with one of her friends and said she’ll be right with us in a minute. It took about five minutes for to finally get up and come and help us. Then she was very impatient and rude and rush us to the end. We were tired and hungry and have just on the road for 10 hours. Definitely bad experience
