Wanted at register got no acknowledgment so left and went to Arby’s next door. Thank you for not waiting on me. Arby’s food and service was amazing. By the way Taco Bell bathrooms seem to be fairly new but don’t seem to get cleaned. The smell about made me vomit.

I just came into this Taco Bell and ordered from the kiosk. I did click “pay cash”. There was an older woman who was tending to the patrons who ALREADY ordered and not to the ones who wanted to pay. Anyway, I waited 15 MINUTES for my order - saw people come and go BEFORE I got my order. “You paid cash so your order goes to the end of the line” they said. Service is TERRIBLE there! All for a burrito and taco…

THIS TACO-BELL IS THE WORST TACO-BELL ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH STARTING WITH THE ALL THE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE DISRESPECTFUL, FROM THE KITCHEN TO THE REGISTER, THE MANAGER WOULD EVEN SAY A WORD. THE REGISTER GUY WALKED OFF FROM THE GATE IN THE IMAGES AFTER I GOT HIS ATTENTION ON THE FOOD BEING WRONG. TOP OF THE FACT THEY HAD FIVE CARS IN THE DRIVE THRU. THE FOOD WAS NOT MADE CORRECTLY PER SIX DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS. ON TOP OF THE FACT THAT THE GATE DIVIDING THE TACO BELL AND THE SHELL GAS STATION WAS SECURED FIVE MINUTES PRIOR TO THE ESTABLISHMENT CLOSING ALONG WITH THE FRONT DOOR. THEY HAD PEOPLE HELD HOSTAGE IN THE TACO BELL. LET PICTURES ATTACHED TELL THE STORY. PLEASE DRIVE DOWN TO THE NEXT EXIT FOR ALL YOUR HIGHWAY / FOOD NEEDS THIS STRIP HERE IS BY FAR THE WORST…👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻

After placing an order on the machine, My nacho bell grande came out w/ cheese fries. I returned to the counter & told them I hadn't ordered that extra item. She proceeded to print out the order to argue that I had. So I'm left to only believe the machine was sensitive & extra fries were hit. I'm not sure, since I did not intentionally order that. Then, the next order placed was a spicy potato soft taco & cheesy fiesta potatoes. After biting into the taco, it had only lettuce and cheese. And then no fiesta potatoes, only a cup of cheese and sour cream. ??? When that was told to the counter, they said it was the corporates fault for not updating the machine to the day they were out of potatoes. So I guess the humans who made the order were not at fault for serving the no potato taco. And they just gave us a cup of melted cheese and sour cream with no potatoes. I guess Corporate forgot to tell the humans potatoes were out. So we were expected to eat a cup of cheese, and a lettuce and cheese taco with no potatoes. Then to add to the great customer service, they proceeded to tell us they were closed. So we couldn't even finish our food, because it was after 10. Adding also the male employee was caught in the bathroom rolling up weed, since the door wasn't locked. This was a complete disaster in Taco Bell!! I have never had an experience like this before. So I'm just appalled. Attended on June 22nd , Sunday night.

I'm a truck driver that has been stopping here for over 10 yrs. Lately they close the lobby and have let drivers still order. On 6-28-25 I have busted ass to get this far today, to take my brake and get something quick to eat. It's 09:30 pm, yeah the lobby is closed and the workers had to have a debate on should they serve me or not. Well, screw that they are plenty of other places to spend my money. I'm done Taco Bell of St. George.
