Absolute worse service ever at a Taco Bell, that doesn’t say much but these cooks are literally just talking instead of working. When they are working they are doing it at a snail pace.

Food was over cooked, and the service SUCKED! Ordered thru the app, arrived 10 minutes past the time my order should have been ready, and still waited almost an hour for my food!! Meanwhile the employees are just lazing about like they haven't a care in the world, nevermind the fact that they had about 30 people in their lobby waiting on food ..

Ordered a quesadilla, just a quesadilla with chicken and beef. That thing never saw the inside of an oven. It was shredded cheese and meat thrown onto a tortilla, nothinf was even a little bit melted. The meat was cold to the touch, just terrible.

On November 26 my daughter and I stopped by this Taco Bell on our way to Charlotte. We used the drive thru window to order our meal. The cheese in my daughter’s quesadilla was not melted. When she handed me my soft taco about a 1/2 ounce of liquid poured out of the wrapper onto my lap and car seat. I have never had this happen before. I have to assume the employees think it is funny. Needless to say that we will never return to this Taco Bell again.

Check your food before you leave. Our cheese quesadilla was not remotely cooked, the cheese was still shredded and cold and it was disgusting. Unfortunately didn’t check until we were 10 miles down 95. Tried to call to get my money back but of course no one answered and the mailbox is full. At $5 for a tortilla and cheese…do better.

My food was good the cashier at the window was friendly I took a point off because they gave me the wrong sauces I like mild for the flavor the hot sauce sucks for flavor i didn't go inside so idk atmosphere its a taco bell connected to a gas station ambience isn't something im looking at
