Did a drive through and it wasn’t too crowded, they were so so so slow just to get a couple burritos. They probably need more training to realize what fast food really means. So so many cars behind us waiting and she toook a proper 5 mins to swipe the card just to tell that the card reader went down! Not sure if this was a Taco Bell!!

Stopped here 11:30AM Saturday Thanksgiving weekend. Waited 20 minutes for two soft tacos. Was going to chalk this up to low staffing due to holiday and high crowds due to holiday travel but see a significant number of reviews mentioning long wait times. Do not stop here.

Came in because my drive thru order was wrong. After looking at me like it was my fault, the woman at the window asked me to throw it away. I felt bad for wasting the food so I asked the customer next to me if she wanted it. The employee came and took it from her and threw it in the trash. I said "oh I guess they have to throw it out" to which her reply was " I ALREADY SAID THAT" ok rude, if you HAVE to throw it out just say it's required. Don't have to make someone feel bad about it. Never had a problem with this location before that.

Employees need more customer service training, ordered $50 worth of food, missing a taco and they made us take all the food out on the counter to make sure. Made me like a criminal over a hard taco.
