Got the elk chop that was a weekly special and it was fantastic. I regularly get the brisket tacos, which are also fantastic. Friendly staff always.
Worth a visit.
Closed on the weekend and Monday? If you want business, you have to be open when people are off work.

Went to this place a few weeks ago for a date night. I ended up ordering the combination brisket and pulled pork. Bothe were not hot and actually a little cool. And the brisket was very dry. I also got the macaroni and cheese.It just did not have any flavor to it , very plain. For the price.
I was not very impressed and definitely will not be back.
Recommend the bacon burger and fish tacos. Staff was so nice and quick swrvice.
Food is great, service is outstanding… Atmosphere will keep me from ever coming back. The kitchen was playing hard rock so loud in ruined all the good points. I asked for it be turn down and that lasted about 5 minutes and the kitchen staff turn it back up. I can even explain how loud it was. I came to eat not be at a rock concert in the front row.
Wow! That was the best meal I’ve had in a while. Passing through for work and stopped for lunch. The BBQ was great but the sides are what took this food experience over the top. I had the bbq plate with collards and tomato pie (must try). I am skeptical to order collards because they are never as good as homemade, but these were fantastic and unique. Crème brûlée cheesecake for dessert and I am about to be worthless the rest of the day. Thank you!

I buy work in st.matthews and my boss and I always get tacos on Tuesday it’s the best in town
