I didn't actually eat the food, it was bought for a friend. Im just rating because the customer service was great and you dont get great customer service often in today's world. If you are in the St. Matthews South Carolina are and need a sub stop by the ladies will get you right.
Love the food, but the pick up is super irritating. The window is for call in / online orders only. This would be fine if they would actually answer the phone, which they don’t. The employees are nice though.
My family and I have been coming here for many years. I don’t know what it is, but of all the sub options out there, Sub Station II has the very best in my opinion. With fresh sliced meats, fresh veggies, great customer service every time, and plenty of different food options, you can’t beat it. Hats off to the owner (Troy Hood) and staff for a great operation. If you haven’t tried it, you should!!!!
