Ordered food on line at the Saint Stephen Subway and went to get it but they had no bread baked. So we never received food But they still took the money out of my bank account. Have tried to get money back. No luck yet!!!???

Had very bad experience woth St Stephen Subway. Very rude supervisor and staff when i had a problem with an $18 sub...(the meat tasted spoiled)They would not refund, or replace sandwich and were extremely rude...will never eat at this subway again.

This place used to be a great spot to eat in a town with nothing else available. Now I would recommend thoroughly avoiding this place. There is no care at all by anyone associated to this "restaurant ". The parking lot is sketchy. The lobby is visibly dirty. The people working are rude and not very knowledgeable about their own products. If you value your health and well being, avoid this business and travel in any direction away for food that is better than the trash they claim is food. They are rude and endangering the community with their lack of service and bad looking food.
Not sure what’s going on at this establishment, but the African-American guy with the tattoo shoulder make me feel uncomfortable while ordering. As he was asking me what I want to Alma sandwich I guess I was going to fast and he brought it out. “You think I can do that at the same time that’s too fast”. Mind you he was asking me what I want to on my sandwich and as he was putting them on there I was also talking. Second, I had my arms folded because it was cold inside it was in no way a reflection of him. He had said you want to beat me up is that why your arms are folded? I guess he was being funny, but he was also trying to rush me while he was making my sandwich. Definitely need better customer service and he put too much mayo on my order.

I travel a lot through the tri-county area. This is by far the cleanest Subway I have ever been to. The staff was excellent, I felt like I was talking to my neighbors, old friends. I would drive from Summerville to just eat at Subway's in St. Stephens. You folks are AWESOME! Thank you for making me feel at home.
