So this Subway is supposed to open at 8am. I went in this past Tuesday at 8:15am to grab a to go sandwich. I walked in and the lady there was sitting around and basically glared at me and said she'd be there in a minute. So I waited - and she finally sauntered over and said that she has to set all of the meats and cheeses and toppings out first - so I stood there as she did the job that should have been done before 8am. At about 8:25am she finally asked me what I'd like. She made my sandwich and then i asked for a small amount of oil and vinegar on top and she said that she didn't bring that out yet. So I asked her to get it so she could finish my sandwich. She did this very begrudgingly. When she finally came back, I was able to pay and leave. Awful experience. Then I arrived there this morning (Saturday) at 8:40am and the lights were on, but the doors were locked. I knocked and looked all around, even drove up to the drive thru. Nobody ever came on to take my order. If your place isn't open until 9 or later then maybe you should change the hours posted everywhere. I've never had any issues at this Subway in the past. Not sure what's going on there.

My bf ordered online for pickup about an hour after they opened and politely waited until the app said that our order was ready on the app before attempting to enter the store to pick up the order. The doors were locked and a lady that works there looked straight at him and saw that our order was on the checkout counter and walked away and into the back. He called and no one picked up and he knocked on the door and no one came for 20 minutes. There was no sign to go through the drive through and when he did he sat there for 10 minutes until the lady finally came to the window so he could pick up our order.

I’ve come by two times now in the morning one at 8:05 and one at 8:35 both times they don’t answer the microphone in the drive-through. I’ll pull up to the window and they ignore the fact that I’m there. Don’t cut your open sign on if you’re not ready to be open.

I've ordered in the app from this location 2 times. And they must not know how to read. Or maybe if you don't leave a big enough tip they don't make your order correctly. I really don't know. But this is twice in a row my sandwich was messed up, seems like on purpose. So unless you plan on leaving a good tip maybe don't use the app. Cause apparently you have to order in store and pay attention to get your food made correctly.

I ordered a grand slam ham with pickles added. Asked for everything else to match what it comes with. It has no mayo, onion, lettuce, or tomatoes.
