The sign says it opens at 5:30 here. It is almost 6 and they said they still don’t even have biscuits done because they was all late. 1/5

Today at 1143 am I arrived at drive through. 4 cars ahead of and a red truck. I ordered. Got to the window. Told to move up when the car ahead of me moved. THE truck was asked to move to the side. The third car was in front of me. Finally the two cars moved . I moved up. L. That left me and the truck. I ordered a family size with a couple of tea 2extra sides. Sides included Mac and cheese g beans pinto beans and dirty rice. I am not from Saluda. I am from Greenwood....I was headed to Salley. Nothing between Greenwood and Salley but Saulda. Nothing around Salley for several miles
Would you like to onow when we finally got our take out......12:14 . What time should have been in Salley at 12:25. So I was an hour late getting the food there
There was no cause for this 60 order to be 3i0 minutes late. No apologies and rude. Just we want to make sure we have everything

I ordered a 2 breast dinner with green beans and Mac and cheese. The service was quick and the food was not bad, but I was never given a drink or a biscuit with my meal. I had to ask for sauces and they did not give me a receipt either. There was no line when I ordered but the customer service was very poor. I want to clarify though that nobody was rude, the workers there just seemed like they didn’t care about their job.

Ordered four 3 piece supremes and was told to pull up and wait for the food. We sat for 15 mins and 5 cars behind us got their food and left. My husband went in to see what was taking so long and a lady at the counter approached him and he told her he’d been waiting for 15 mins and her response was “I’m not working that side” and the guy who took our order overheard and his response was “ it ain’t been no 15 mins” and my husband said “no it’s probably been longer”. They hadn’t even started getting our order boxes or anything. They threw our order together and another lady tossed the bag on the counter to my husband. Didn’t bother to say “sorry for the wait”, just nothing and very rude. Will not be going back. And the order was totally wrong and not fresh. Just terrible service. And we usually go here quite often but I promise you one bad experience overrides all the good ones

Waited in drive thru several minutes only to be told they weren't taking orders at this time. Opening on time and getting orders correct seem to be an issue lately.

This is the second time in a row that I was not given the food I payed for. The first time I ordered a chicken strip combo and they didn't give me my fries. They didn't give me to wrong side- there wasn't one at all. Just the chicken.
This time I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich. The sandwich was supposed to have lettuce and tomato, which they did not add. And for some inexplicable reason they removed the pickles, which are supposed to be there by default. I payed extra for the deluxe sandwich and ended up with less topping than the basic one has. I also didn't get my ranch, which they still charged me for.
It was a long wait and I didn't even get what I payed for. Very poor service- check your meal before leaving the drive through, because they Will get it wrong.
During Hurricane Helene, I was left without power and unable to work. Thankfully, the crew at Bojangles came to my rescue, especially Monique. She offered me a makeshift office and ensured I had everything I needed to keep working. They went above and beyond to make my situation bearable, and I truly can't thank them enough. I spent several hours there and watched the Bojangles team go out of their way to help every customer. Given the circumstances our town of Saluda was facing, their kindness and dedication made all the difference. Highly recommend this location!

They are not doing what they supposed to do there they always tend to give customers the wrong order and no receipt to go with it at all and I paid for food I didn't receive at all I hate this....
