Note: This is a newer Bojangles and i rarely need to post bad reviews. I stopped to use the restroom on my way through town last weekend. This has to be the filthiest bathroom I’ve ever seen at a newer fast food place. I hope they get the right leadership to correct things like this, Saluda already doesn’t have many options.

I had to leave my order today. It seems some kids were running the store and had me drive around your place for 20 minutes and still no food and I had an emergency so I had to go.

The food was good but our service was terrible! The lady at the drive through didn’t give back our credit card and within and HOUR! Only an HOUR! A $1,500 dollar charge from Airbnb! This is outrageous, unacceptable, and insanely unprofessional! I will be calling immediately!

This place is HORRIBLE! I love bojangles, but I will never be back at this one. I got walked past 7 times by a girl named Chelsea who could’ve took my order. One, she had hickeys on her neck. Two, she proceeded to ask me “What you need?” Instead of properly greeting me and asking what can she get started for me. The same thing happened to an older man trying to order too. Fries were supposed to come with his order, and when he went to ask, she said “Gotta pay for them.” And walked away while he was still talking trying to say he did. Food was burnt and not good at all. Poor service all together. Won’t be here again.

Food was good, fresh. Staff not so much...which us typing fast food. The management seems very competent and friendly. The counter staff- no personality or manners. The things we do for quick chicken 🙄
This place is ridiculous. Every time I’ve come here I have waiting 15mins plus for food. This ain’t fast food it’s slow food. If you knew better you’d do better. It ain’t bo time it’s slow time. Get right or get left.
